CFA has always had the best service and the best food, but…. this specific location never fails to disappoint. I will not be returning. My spicy chicken biscuit wasn’t spicy and burnt to a crisp. It just taste like they put a ton of pepper on top to the point you’re choking on the pepper bits. Food was cold. Didn’t get all the items I Ordered. The tea taste like I was eating the grounds straight from the bag. The people working don’t seem like they want to be there whatsoever.

We recently visited the Jackson Avenue Chick-fil-A yesterday for the sole purpose of picking up a couple of ice cream cones. 25 minutes later (after waiting in the drive-through) we were served and on our way. Before you think that this was a result of a very busy drive-through, think again! The staff said that the delays were due to a shift change, but most workers were standing around doing nothing. They seemed annoyed when I asked if I should simply walk inside and order if that would be quicker. Usually the Chick-fil-A atmosphere and it’s employees are stellar. In this case, subpar.. to add insult to injury, when we finally did get to the drive-through window, they handed us half of our order and thanked us. When we asked about the remainder of our order, they seemed surprised. They had to go back, actually look at our order, and fill the remaining items.

I absolutely love this chick fil a but yesterday I unfortunately had a bad experience with a worker doing iPad system around 7:30pm. I had a 8 count chicken nugget to redeem and a yogurt I was going to pay for. The yogurt is under 5$ and the nuggets should be free(since it’s redeemable on my app). The girl said it’s 10.49 and I just told her that didn’t sound right. Then she got an attitude and said “yes it is” I asked how that would make sense since half of my meal is free? She said “ idk that’s not what my iPad says” very rudely to a point I just stared at her in shock. I tried to walk her through it by explaining it would be 10$ if my nuggets weren’t free but they are. And she sighed at me popped her hip out and said “ would u like me to get my manager” I said yes I don’t want to pay 10$. And she said “great” under her breath in the most sarcastic tone. I understand if ur having a bad day but the whole thing made me not want to come back to chick fil a. The chick fil an owned by Lance usually has amazing workers who are super kind and make my day! Hannah the manager immediately fixed my problem and made me feel validated and assured me it was not my issue.

Chick fil a consistently has great food and service. They know what they are doing. Other fast food chains could learn a thing or two from them. The chicken and biscuit is always fresh and tasty. The staff are always friendly. They definitely set themselves apart from the competition. Great place to eat.

Went through drive thru and the lid wasn’t on my mac n cheese and spilled everywhere burning my leg. Manager refused to come outside. Hannah. And I went inside to show her the burn and she said the best she could do Is offer me a refund

Will recommend to anyone. The fact that they are a Christian company is awesome! The chicken minis tasted delicious. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Definitely will return to try other menu options.

Drive thru becomes a bit crowded but the smiles and speed of service makes it worth it. Easy to get into off Jackson. I usually eat at the Sisk location because it’s near my work, but if I’m on or near Jackson Ave, I’ll stop.

Only drive thru in Oxford worth your time. Food is always fresh and greeted with a smile. Also I can’t remember my order ever being wrong the 100 plus times I’ve been here and my drinks never have soda running down all sides of the drink cup like some places. My dog also loves her treat they give free of charge. Look forward to the tortilla soup this fall.

I usually have awesome experiences with this particular CFA. But today, my breakfast item was prepared horribly as it seems like it was thrown together and my lemonade tasted like it was leftover from the previous day. Not what I expect from one of my favorite go to places for breakfast.
