I walked in, placed my order on the screen, didnt gove me my receipt or my order number. Took 15 minutes for me to receive my “to go” order. As I was walking out, I took a sip of my coffee, and it was cold. Went back, and it took them about 5 minutes to get my hot coffee. When I got home, my sausage and egg bagel had no sausage, but instead had bacon. Fast food should not take 20 minutes, nor should there be so many mistakes. The manager was very nice, but it doesn’t make up for the mistakes.

We ordered on the app. Oder never came. No communication from the driver what so ever. It said my order was delivered…it was not. Everyone you call wants to point fingers in another direction. So I called the store and the manager not only didn’t listen to me at all she proceeded to screem and threaten me. Then my wife tried to call and she did the same thing to her. If managers are this incompetent no wonder the employees suck! She definitely threatened the wrong person! I have spoken to corporate about her and I plan to see it though until something is done! Completely Unacceptable! I will be going to that store…let’s see if she wants to threaten me to my face!!! Doubtful!!

More often than not my order is wrong when I get home. I should check my bag before I leave, but sometimes we forget to check. I ordered two hamburgers and they were not in my order. Instead it was a 10 piece nugget in my bag with only 8 nuggets in the box and the fries we ordered were partially cooked. I will not be coming back to this particular location. Better to go out of my way to the one on Washington or the La Mirada location. Last time they messed up my door dash order as well. Seems this location is always understaffed. Fault lies with management or owner. The employees can only do so much without enough help provided.

Ordered on 1/6/26 at 2:20pm and saw the staff that grabbed something off her chest then flicks it after she rubbed her nose, then grabbed a tray and the tray is dirty and just uses a napkin to smear the grease all over the try so no one notices it, doesnt even try to wash a tray really McDonald’s you need better training, after she served my food super unprofessional never coming here again or recommend anyone to order from here real back experience.

the food is fine but everything else needs a lot of work. the tables are dirty, the service is slow, and most of the kiosks do not work which is a problem because they will not take your order at the counter. they forgot my fries today and by the time I got them my burger was cold.

Very rude server. Ignored request to purchase order. She automatically assumed poor customer due to carrying a bag, which actually has my work food (night shift) and PPE. She didn’t apologize, and when speaking with her superior, she didn’t apologize to her superior, rather got annoyed for being reprimanded for assuming. I explained that if I had a Gucci or Coach bag, the service would be different. I’m a vet, and when politely explained to her, she didn’t care. Bad day or not, you’re in customer service. You attitude towards customers reflects on the company. Very bad service. Many people carry bags, from students to business people. Get over yourselves.

I used the drive thru. I was in a hurry and didnt check my order thoroughly. I ordered 4 complete meals. Of course I didnt notice until I got home that they didnt put one of the Burgers in the bag. This is not the first time its happened at this location. My advice to everyone, dont worry about the huge li e behind you… ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!

I can’t stand this McDonalds, the parking sucks, the inside, while nicely remodeled, has a bunch of weirdos lingering in it. There’s a huge sign up front that reads “use Kiosk to place order.” I absolutely hate that I’m forced to use a kiosk and there’s no hand sanitizer in sight. Plus the kiosk I used didn’t have the damn machine to pay by card so I had to use another kiosk. They get 1 star on service cause there is no service, see kiosk comment. My order took more than 10 minutes, so much for “fast food.” To top it all off they forgot my large fries, but that’s on me for not checking huh? Didn’t go back cause I was already home when I noticed. So congrats McD’s you swindled me out of $7!

The experience was horrible. I went on the day they did a special through the app of 0.50 cents so it was so packed the workers didnt know what to do. The girl at the register told me she owed me $ because she didnt have any change and that in itself was unprofessional. The time waiting I saw her give attitude to 2 other guest and even saw a whole arguement with her an another customer. Never going here again.

There’s nothing really positive to say about this location. Actually, the location is great but the hours are horrible. Not everyone wants to go through a drive-thru before work. The staff likely doesn’t work enough hours to get proficient. Orders wouldn’t be messed up so often. This franchise is really a disservice to McDonald’s and that bar isn’t very high to begin with.
