This location is a JOKE.
We did a mobile order, $50 worth of food. We knew better than to leave without checking the bag, because without fail…. food is ALWAYS missing or ALWAYS wrong. Of course, food was missing. I go inside (hadn’t been in TB in quite some time) and wait at the counter to be addressed. NOT ONE PERSON OUT OF THE 7-8 PEOPLE BACK THERE SPOKE TO ME. Several looked at me and just kept on doing whatever they were doing. One even stepped back and propped on the wall. Just pure laziness and poor customer service. The gentleman behind me flagged a guy down and asked for assistance and then the employee just walked away…. didn’t even pay attention to me STANDING RIGHT THERE. Didn’t ask if I needed anything or how could I be helped… nothing. I finally had to shout and say that I was missing food from my order. They knew because one of the employees (who was nice when he spoke to me) brought the food to me. Cold. Not toasted. I just walked away because I knew bringing it to anyone’s attention would be a waste of my time. For 50 dollars I could have went and bought the essentials and made dinner at home and it would have been right and HOT.

Ordered my usual off the app, and this is how it came out. Def won’t be visiting this location again. The time before this it took them 45 m8linutes to make my order with no apology or explanation offered.

Some of the most unfriendly people to work customer service. My burrito was messed up, onions all over the paper and bag (my food didn’t even come with onions), no cheese or sauce in the burrito, I waited for 30 mins. I would have went back to fix it but after sitting there for that long, I had to go back to work. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is every single time. I don’t have these problems at any other Taco Bell, I’ll just stop coming here which sucks since it is the most convenient one near work.

Okay Taco Bell overall. I went up to the drive thur one night told them my name for my mobile order and no one said anything back. I waited 8 minutes before someone said hello again. They have messed up my DoorDash before. But half of the time they do have good service like today they made everything right . Mid experience so far.

Total clown show. No one is paying attention to the customers in the lobby. Waited almost 20 minutes for them to make four burritos. When I was finally able to get the managers attention for a refund he walked back to make table for a couple of minutes before issuing the refund. No apology or concern.

Came here today and yesterday. Must be the same employees working cuz got the same issues with the order. Special requests not being made and items not being removed. I don’t get how I can watch the people make the food, walk out to my car and the food is barely warm. Additionally, how y’all gonna make a crunch wrap and not grill it? Only reason they get 2 stars is because they gave me a cup for ice.

Every time I go through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell the people that work there don’t even look at you, you smile at them, they look away, they forget something, there’s no apology, It’s like you’re putting them off just to ask for something that they forgot to give you, no “hello, how are you?” no “have a nice day” just miserable people, it wouldn’t hurt you to be a little more friendly, possibly smile.
