I’m tired of receiving cold food. Fries are old and salt free. Cheese on burger not even melted. Meat not even like warm. Tomatoes pickles and onions are wilted and disgusting making the burger a soggy mess. Customers pay for fresh food and not laziness. If you don’t appreciate your job, find another. This is ridiculous. I paid over 12 dollars for my food and it wasn’t worth 2 dollars. Fix this issue or get blasted on social media quickly. Title, exposing fast food fraud starring Wendy’s.

We went through the drive through last night. I started giving my order. I could see on the screen that the person taking our order messed up. I did her and and us a favor by telling her there was a mistake. She rudely yelled for me to “Calm Down!” This lady does not need to be interacting with customers – she’s terrible.

The person taking orders around 2:40pm on 10/01/22 is extremely rude. We had a question about a menu item and she acted like we were complete idiots and was very hateful, if you don’t want to help someone then put a description on the menu or dont work in a customer service business. This isn’t the first time the staff has been rude at this location. The food is normally decent but the rude employees destroy this places reputation. We will take our business to the newer wendys a little further from our house.
Came back here on 7/13/24 and they still suck! Got a chicken wrap and was $10 for 5 little pieces of chicken the size of a fry. I get this at other locations and is delicious, I guess it’s just this location! See photo
Came back here again on 12/01/2024 and once again the chicken at this place is inedible, see photo of burnt nasty chicken which was on my salad! Literally the salad has lettuce, cheese, and chicken and yall suck at the easiest thing to do! Where do we call to get this place shut down? Can’t believe they haven’t given someone food poisoning YET! The people are still rude and once again they do not give receipts which is crazy!!!
Can this place not get a decent manager or what’s the deal?
Wendys corporate needs to do better!! I will be calling in the morning to complain.

There was an extremely long wait in the drive through. I sat at the microphone for over 5 minutes before they took my order. The staff was pleasant and got my order right. The wait time was too the point that I was preparing to leave when they were finally able to take my order. I almost left.

Easy access from the interstate highway.
Food was good. I really like their French fries.
I would certainly go there again if the opportunity arises.

Placed a mobile order for my husband to pick up. They took forever to get him the order, they did not give him my Frosty, and the baked potato skin is hard as a rock and the potato is so dry it’s not edible. Absolute waste of money.

I ordered my food in the app and went into drivethru to pickup. I was only the 3rd car in line. It look 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. I was blocked in or else I would have just left. Countless people ended up leaving angry. The employees had no apology or anything. They just didn’t care. After telling them who I was they asked me to pull forward. It took another 12 minutes to get my food. While waiting I saw the place was a disaster. Our queso fries didn’t have queso on them but everything else was ok.

The staff should be ashamed for not helping the elderly population take an order because they do not know how to use the kiosk! The poor man left and went through the drive thru because he didnt know how to use the kiosk and not one person came to help him.
