I waited 34 minutes just to get to the speaker to tell them I had a pickup order. Got the spicy chicken and it came with the saddest amount of sauce. Don’t come here. It’s useless.

Their management team is foul and hang the phone up on you when you try to get your food fixed. Then when you try to call back, they leave the phone off the hook until close. Everytime I come here something is messed up. Literally every single time. People will say “just stop going there.” But like why should I? It’s a franchise where you pay to eat.. like I’m paying so make my food the way it’s being ordered. I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way because your employees and management team are incompetent. Are they only hiring simple minded people who solely do the bare minimum if not less here? Like their own standards aren’t being met at all, ever. If y’all hate your job so much you can’t even meet company standards(which are pretty low as is) go get a different job. This place is horrible and this specific location makes y’all look really bad as a company overall.

They always forget to put things in the bag have missing food and when you go in to tell them, they have a big attitude. It’s called a fast food place. It’s supposed to be ready between 2 to 5 minutes and we’re always waiting at least 15 minutes.

I. Waited 45 minutes to get 2 burgers. A medium fry and a small fry and nuggergs the kiosk are broken they messed up my order the fries were hot my nuggets cold and I swear I count the salt on all my fries with 2 hands. They were barely seasoned

Alright, same complaint as everyone else, except it’s been multiple times. Always forgetting an item unless physically standing in the store, food can take upwards of 40 minutes when it’s busy. It would be more worthwhile to place an order elsewhere, and use the time you would spend waiting here to drive there.

I’ve been frequenting this McDonald’s for about a year. The food is always hot and fresh and tasty, when you eventually get it. It’s really frustrating to put in an online order, go through the drive-thru, and then sit and wait either because they don’t have enough people taking orders or they don’t have enough people making food. I also know from experience that if I go inside to pick it up, it won’t be any faster.

I’m not sure why. I know McDonald’s is struggling nationally, and everyone has a hard time keeping staff right now. But these are issues you just don’t see at other places. So I’m not saying not to go here because the food is great… but I am saying… well, as I write this I’ve been in the drive-thru lane for over 15 minutes just waiting to pick up my online order and I haven’t even made it to the speakers yet.

This McDonald’s is unfortunately the closest one to my home. Over the past couple months service has just gotten worse and worse. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru the other day when they opened for lunch and my fries were already soggy and old. Orders take way too long here. Whether you’re inside ordered, ordering through a third party app, or even in the drive thru you’re in for a long wait.

It would be one thing to apologize for the delay but no one there seems to care. Employees are on their phones all the time. Once you even get your order 9 times out of 10 something will be missing, straws, sauces, whole items.

Went to have breakfast inside at 10am and doors are locked. Our order is never right when we order drive thru that’s why we wanted to order inside. Then order online and get in the drive thru and wait. Then at the window I ask for extra butter for three biscuits, keep in mind I ordered butter for the biscuits on the online order. She gives me one butter. None in the bag . Terrible for something so simple. Dunkin next time.

This is the worst Mcdonalds to go to. Who ever works at 8:30 at night should probably find a new job if she is that miserable. I understand we all have feelings and we are allowed to have those feelings, however, when it becomes a work setting, and you are the professional, sometimes you have to not be rude to the customer. Call them names and belittle them within a three minute phone call I have never in my life have felt so degraded and stupid short staffed or not nothing like what just happened should have happened so please McDonald’s do better.
