I made a mobile order and it was for drive through and I forgot and came inside instead and asked them at the counter and they had no clue on how to look for my order instead of me going through the drive thru. I had to cancel my order because nobody knew what they were doing. On top of that the wait was atrocious after placing a counter order. Inside the floors were sticky and the windows were probably the dirtiest I’ve seen in any McDonalds. Flies are an issue too. Please save yourself and skip this location. No acknowledgement for the hour I’ve waited whatsoever.

Went here today because my wife wanted something quick, we ordered 2 drinks and an order of fries.
Get to the window to pay, my wife hand the girl $8 cash and the girl informs her she doesnt have enough change to give us our 61 cents back!!
2 months ago when I stopped for a quick drink the guy in the drive thru didnt give me the proper change either!
I remember when this place was a good place to eat at!
After seeing the number of back reviews in the past few months it looks like it isnt just me!

Absolutely horrible business! Only one nice lady that was at the front counter but was clearly overwhelmed by the lack of staff. I waited 20 minutes just to ask where my food was & then be told they’re out of burritos, then said they’ll do a refund, which I waited 30 more mins for. Then they tried to ONLY refund the burritos, so I had a round trip of 53 mins at McDonald’s at got nothing. Terribly ran

Went through drive thru ordered qpch w/bacon meal a BM meal and chkn strip meal return home no BM wife goes back they want the bag with the food in it! Wife returns home takes back the food containers I ate plus the original food they made her wait to redo the order minus mine returned home to find the BM was made not with BM sauce but only mayonnaise! Not a happy customer visit!

Placed a mobile order, got drinks asked to pull forward after 15 minutes we backed up to the window since the line was empty asked if they forgot about our order, was told no. Then asked well where is it? And were handed our food. Not even an I’m sorry and our food was cold. The people were also eating at the drive through window, probably hot fries!

Ordered the 2 cheeseburger and fries with a sweet tea. The fries were WAY too salty (I only got pictures of the fries. You can see the salt on them and the sweet tea was SO sweet it was almost clear!!! And the cheeseburger was not hot at all. I ended up throwing everything away… ugh what happened to quality control?

I have the food a 1 since I never even received it. Staff is incompetent. Drive thru is their goal idk if it’s cuz they don’t want to interact with customers but cmon half hour wait for a sandwich? This is the absolute worst Mcds and honestly fast food restaurant in general.
