Definitely hit or miss.
When you get lucky, they’re amazing.
When you don’t, holy crap they’re bad.
I do drive through about once a week, always around 7-8 pm.
On 1-16/2026 I placed my order with a very nice, friendly young lady, got it fast and it was excellent.
Today 1/21/2026 I placed my order to a rude worker, it was almost thrown at me by the young man at the window and it was not good.
Tacos assembled without any GAF, extremely light portions and just an all around unpleasant experience.
Missing tomatoes on my tacos, everything just clumped up and not spread out, no hot sauce, ECT.
That hot sauce in the picture is from my stash, btw..

You know how you often think, man, Taco Bell used to really make food right, fill it full, and make it taste like they care then somewhere along the way it often ended up with wimpy 1/2 full tacos and quesadillas that are more tortilla than filling? Well, if you want that old Taco Bell glory with it tasting just how you remember, full and fabulous, this is the place to go! We stopped here for lunch on our travels and the crew was nice, food was fast, and the food was exactly as we wanted it! Gordita crunch was full and crunchy, quesadilla made to perfection, and burritos were exactly how they should be! My only complaint is there was not a changing table in the bathroom which is a huge miss for me, so 3 stars on the atmosphere, but everything else was wonderful!

There was no warning that the mini taco salad now has chipotle sauce. It never had spicy toppings before. This caused bad digestive pain because I have digestive issues. If you change a classic recipe please inform customers. I loved the original taco salad and was so excited you brought it back till I ate some and realized that you changed it.

If I can give this specific Taco Bell a 0 star I will gladly do so. It’s disappointing how these workers can be. These days workers don’t even work. Some people shouldn’t work at certain jobs especially anything to do with other people. It’s disgraceful and honestly it isn’t everyone if I got those people names I would put it on here but I didn’t get a name. I orders a luxe box with 3 specific tacos and not only did they get my order wrong after I told them to read it back to me and still got me the wrong items they forgot one of the tacos that comes with the box meal ♀️ 07/02/2025 worst Taco Bell and I’ll never order from here again. And I never give bad reviews at other restaurants.

Ordered a pickup order from DoorDash after a long day of work.
Pull up to the drive thru to pick it up.
Employee’s refuse to give me the order through the drive thru window.
I’ve ordered and picked it up 5 other times and it was never a problem.
I tell them there are 2 cars behind me and 3 in front.
Ask them to please just give me the order through the drive thru.
They repeat that lobby is open and laugh at me.
Pulled around and cancelled the order. I will never spend another dime at this location.

None of my food was in my bag except one item. And the location will not answer the phone. And it is before closing time so I know they are aware it’s ringing. This location has been nothing but a problem.

I got 3 chicken quesadillas. The worker fat shamed me for being hungry. Like, girl, those quesadillas are small, not even that big. Then he said “That’s going to do some damage!” Like, do you think I’m going to blow up my toilet or something?
