placed a order around 340. said it’d be ready by 410. wasn’t ready. came in no one even acknowledge i was standing there. started seating other people. didn’t get my food until 4:55 and my order wasn’t even right. unbelievable definitely won’t be back here. should give some type of discount with the long wait. she said they weren’t even busy so she doesn’t know what’s taking so long to another customer. few others in here who were upset with the long wait time as well.

Super great staff and good here. I’m a DISABLED USMC VETERAN. BWW’S hooked me up with free boneless wings and fries on Veterans Day. Little did they know I’ve been going thru some really difficult times, more than usual, and this was one day i got to eat out. My husband and his friends decided to go here and they were waiting an hour and a half not helped or talked to. The employees were no where to be found. No one greeted them or said hello. Unacceptable. I know it can be a busy place and everyone goes here but it wasn’t busy at all. You guys either need better management or better staff because this isn’t appropriate. They go every Friday and this was the first time they waited an hour and a half to be greeted and they left because no one came and asked them what they would like to drink or eat at all. Do better please so no one has to go through this like they did.

Walk in the the tables and the floors are filthy, looked like no one has cleaned all day.
The food was way over cooked to the point the meat of the wings were stuck to the skin and very dry. The Mountain Dew was warm, flat and had a funny taste. Out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been in, this is the worse one I’ve even visited. Wouldn’t suggest going there, save your money.

I ordered 3 Chicken Tenders with Onion Rings through Grub Hub and when I got my delivery, the food was cold, the chicken tenders were dry, overcooked, smaller than a hot dog and the onion rings were soggy, tiny, greasy, and the whole order looked liked someones scraps ready for the garbage. Just look at the picture I’ve attached! That tell’s the whole story! This is totally unacceptable and will NEVER order from this place again!

Nothing is wrong with the service, food, or lovely servers……I will delete my 2 star rating after whomever is in charge takes down the Matthew Stafford jersey that is hung above the bathrooms and puts up the legendary Jared Goff jersey, such a slap to the face for the legend that has gotten us to the playoffs for 2 years in a row, once a Jared Goff jersey is hung up I will give this place 5 stars until then you get 2 stars

My wife and I dined in on 1/1/2026 I ordered a honey bbq chicken salad and my wife had the sampler with the bone in chicken wings, the food took approximately 1/2 an hour even though they were not super busy the food was ok , when we got the bill we noticed there is an up charge for the bone in chicken wings unfortunately, the waitress did not mention anything about an up charge, which they’re supposed to let the customer know, we grabbed the menu just to see if they have it on basically, if you look at the menu next to the bone in chicken wings there is 1.50 but there is no dollar sign immediately it follows by the calories so you don’t know which number is which, we no, this is misleading. They either have to mention it on the menu as an up charge or trained the wait staff to let the customers know of any additional charges before they take the order.

We ordered 20 bone in wings. We were there 90 minutes and never got them. We were never offered any type of compensation. Our waitress barely paid attention to us, and the Hostess didn’t give any heads up that the kitchen was struggling. We had to leave before our food came. It was an NFL Sunday, but we’ve been to other locations many times and the service was top notch and we were kept informed of any issues/wait.

Normally, I have zero issues with my order from this location. Tonight, however, I’m less than happy. I paid $2 extra to get onion rings with my wrap, and this is what I got. 4.5 onion rings?!?! This is unacceptable. Please do better.
