Terrible from the start told casher I wanted fresh food Fry boy said i am new everything is fresh here ok w.e then get my food cold from start had everything on it was suppose to be bacon mustard and cheese he remakes it from the warmer (colder) them warm no hotness to it at all dude was running out the door when he dropped my burgers on counter wow never again for this guy even after I told him I’ve had bad experience at mcdonalds I should of went there garbage food fries was undercooked spicy nuggets was old burgers was cold 2 6$ biggie bags trashed half way thru thank for stealing my money

The last 2 times I’ve eaten there the food was good and fresh and the place was really clean the new manager is very professional and has really turned this restaurant around for the better and I met the district manager and we talked about what a difference from past experiences at this location he also is very professional and we had a nice conversation also the new staff seem like that are well trained and they are all working together I figured I owed this place a new review because I’ve written one about a year ago and it was a completely different review.

I ordered double meat for my chili. 3 different occasions I received chili that’s like soup. I even double checked with them to make sure and they said yes! Fries are always cold. Very disappointing when you spend $75 and up each time for your family of 6 and get food that is cold and tastes old.

I went thru the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food. Then as I was checking the bag to make sure and realized it was the wrong order, the lady screamed at me to give it back. She was horrified that I was eating a fry. Then ordered me to pull aside and didn’t even give me a straw for my drink while I waited. 10 minutes later a different girl brought out my food, she was very nice and apologized. Crazy!!

The burger was hot, fresh and juicy. The fries were perfect and the dining area was clean. I don’t know why I bother with other fast food burger places. This Wendy’s location does it right and Dave Thomas would be pleased.

Stopped in to get food real quick before fireworks that were being held ten minutes away. We waited thirty minutes for “fresh nuggets” that tasted like they were barely done cooking and the rest of the food was cold and we missed the fireworks. There were other things too but I don’t feel like explaining… It was the weirdest Wendy’s experience Ive ever had. I considered going back through for a refund but there were so many cars so I would be doubling my wait time, for no food. The guy at the window was nice. It’s hardly like a Wendy’s, very odd. It wasnt that late to where you can expect a long wait at any fast food spot, it was around 845pm.

I ordered 2 of the new Wednesday’s meals along with other food -totaling almost $50. I asked about the sauces and spoon and the woman at the window confirmed they were included. We got 2 sauces (both the same and both were spicy) – after i explained my 8 year old was in love with Wednesday and it was for him. We didn’t get any of the decorative spoons (that my son really wanted the meal for) which should have been included with each $10 Wednesday’s meal. Didn’t even get any straws for any of the drinks. I get that they could have been a little busy, but I asked and it was confirmed, and still skipped. I was really disappointed. Usually they are better than this
