As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rally’s in Columbus is one of those places that fills a very specific role in life: late-night hunger. If it’s 1:30 AM, you’re tired, and your standards are temporarily on vacation, this place will come through for you. The food was usually hot, greasy, and exactly what you expected it to be. No more, no less.
That said, that’s pretty much where the praise ends. This location is… an experience. The wait times can be unpredictable, the drive-thru moves at the pace of a documentary, and the surrounding area definitely keeps you alert. Not unsafe necessarily, just the kind of place where you lock your doors out of habit and double-check you didn’t forget anything in the car.
The staff did their job, the fries slapped when they were fresh, and the burgers hit the spot when nothing else was open. But it’s not somewhere you go because you’re craving Rally’s. You go because it’s 2 AM and Rally’s is there.
Overall: dependable for late-night cravings, but that’s about it.

I usually only come here for the fries. The last few times I’ve been here the fries have been off. I don’t know how to explain it. That said, the service from the staff here is pretty good.

Definitely the best in town and around of the chain. Some locations are slacking, but not this one. The food was made fresh and tastefully and you really cant beat the price. The server even explained they were happy to have us there. The food was ready super fast as well. They were on point.

I ordered the family meal online with a chocolate milkshake. Not only was everything fresh and hot but every little change I had made was perfect. Thank you to Carl and the other two managers working the late shift and being fast and attentive to my order. Only took them maybe 5 minutes to get the entire order out. Every item I tried tasted great just like I hoped for. Keep up the great work!

Depends on which shift is there. Sometimes great. Sometimes not so much. Got home to find a curly hair that doesn’t look like my of mine sitting in the cheese for my fries. Also the chilly dogs had the most poorly cut chunks of onion I’ve ever seen.

Same two guys working tonight and the last time I was there are amazing. Food is hot. Service is quick. Carry out window and everything in sight is actually clean. Having lived near this location for as long as it has been there… this is the best it has every been. Take note all other fast food has lost my return business because of the difference in price, quality and basic customer service. Blonde guy and tall dude that wears a face mask. Give them a raise or do what you can to keep them around!

I thought about not doing this, but it’s gotta be done. Went there Saturday May 31st 2025. I placed my order. Through drive through..noticed I got the wrong order after I seen what I really need it as I was driving to pay(guess I wasn’t looking in the right spot for it). Got to the window I was about to tell her I said the wrong thing. I said sorry…before I could get out anything. I can’t do add-ons at the window (rudely) I’m doing drive through an this window. My response I was adding anything, but ok. Get home supposed to have 4 sandwiches only got 3. Messed up 2 of my sandwiches. I go back with , cause the other was missing something easy fix. Told her I was missing a sandwich. Her response was “I bagged them it was 4 in there!” Ma’am no I’m missing one an this sandwich is made wrong. Well I can’t remake one if I don’t have it. I didn’t ask u too. I just want this one remade. Still didn’t get my missing sandwich. Where I’m from we don’t have a Rally’s. So come to the one on E. Broad Street one. Every time I come to Columbus. Never again I’ll go to the one in Whitehall. The lady was so rude.
