I have written a review about the other location on NM-528 and this was a very different experience. First off the drive thru dude was so nice and helpful with helping me place my order. He also didn’t rush me like the other location. Then when I got to the window and was talking to him, he kept eye contact the whole time and listened to what I had to say. I will be back to this location over the other one even though that one is closer to my work.

I grew up eating jack in the box in Los Angeles and I used to absolutely love them! But since becoming vegitarian my options are very limited here. So I decided to try something the other day by withholding meat from a breakfast sandwich and going with a sourdough bread like I did as a kid. The bread was like a cheap loaf from the grocery store and not the gourmet type bread it was when I was younger. The sandwich overall was okay, it definitely wasn’t gross or anything, just not that I expected. Maybe it is this location specifically or maybe its where I live, but I miss the way it was when I was younger and wish they would open up to having meat alternatives for us vegitarians. Will give it a try again…maybe when they offer a non meat alternative. Give it a try anyway. Hopefully its better for the meat eaters?

Multiple times now they’ve forgotten half my order and I didn’t realize until I get home. So check your order before you leave the window! Even open up the box to make sure it’s the right burger. They’ve left out items and have given me completely wrong items.

I specifically came in and asked for fresh egg rolls extra crispy I went to the restroom to wash my hands came back and they were already ready I was in a rush for work got in my truck check them out they were greasy and warm there’s no way they cook those very disappointed I will never return here again

Me personally, I am not one to complain, however, enjoying a burrito and halfway I find a long black hair inside practically fused with the burrito is a bit concerning. (Mind you I have bleached blonde hair) I was able to pick up the burrito with the single strand of hair. I believe this restaurant is great, but hairnets or something need to be heavily enforced so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Antonia did help me out and issue a refund, which I do appreciate. So customer service isn’t the issue here

This review is based off the hours posted not the food. It says hours were updated 2 weeks ago. There was a female inside hiding trying not to take orders I visited at 10:57pm on 2/15/2023.
I waited for a long time for my order to be taken and she did not. Her vehicle was turned on she was ready to leave. There was other vehicles in front as well. Losing money for the business while the employees are hiding in back.

Friendly staff every time. I love that you ask for a lot of ranch, and they give you a lot of ranch!!!! It is the worst when you ask for sauce and they give u 1. really? lol This is my go to when i need something last minute..works out great every time!
