The fish was very good and I like their coleslaw as well. French fries were hot crispy and good. This Culver’s has good service and clean bathrooms. It’s in a good location not far from highway 30.

Was served raw meat in a hamburger. Immediately contacted the store direct. They did not seem concerned at all. Offered to send coupons in the mail. They mailed me a generic letter stating “encolsed you will find coupons.” There were no coupons in the envelope they sent. Will never be back to this location.

I am not one to write reviews but this was just gross. We came in around dinner time and they were pretty busy, staff was kind and we understood and were patient. We ordered our food and sat down. Once we got our first burger we realized there was a nice long hair in it. We returned it and had them remake it only for it to come out disgusting and raw. This was a kids meal burger. By the time the 3rd burger came out the appetite we had was gone. Very disappointing. At least they gave us a free ice cream coupon that definitely made it better. Not.

My mom’s favorite treat is the Turtle Dove flavor of the day and she just had knee surgery yesterday – growing up when we had procedures we always got ice cream so I wanted to bring this to her, but it wasn’t the flavor of the day. I called and asked if it would be possible and Selena made sure it was rang up right, personally brought it to me and wrote the sweetest little note on the cup for my mom!! It was so kind and wonderful service and I spent the car ride to my parents telling my boyfriend “see this is why we go to Culver’s” Thank you Selena

I been to Culver’s over a dozen times absolutely love there food. Tonight was a major miss for me. I saw the reviews of the curd burger and went a tried it. It was absolutely terrible. The curd was thinner than a slice cheese and it just had no flavor. Really was looking forward to this and it wasn’t worth it.

First time at a Culvers. I found the food to be very greasy, tasty but greasy. I assume this is how it’s suppose to be and it was just me. Service was fantastic, 100% attentive to the fact I was a customer. Wish all restaurants were like that. Overall a positive experience.

The wait here is embarrassingly long for a “fast food” establishment. I ordered 3 kids meals and cheese curds – a very easy order – and waited 30 minutes for the food. This was a to-go order, for the record. The person who dropped off the ice cream took the number instead of leaving it for the food. After the ice cream had fully melted during my wait, the order arrived, and I left. I think they couldn’t find me because they took my number early.
I should not have trusted their staff. The cheese curds (a $7 extra purchase) were completely forgotten. With a 30 minute wait, a $7 ripoff, and a terrible customer experience, I will not be back.

Several frustrating issues occurred on 10.26.25:
Whoever bagged my drive-through order placed the burger carton sideways into the bag so that tons of grease poured through the bottom of the bag, making the bag and myself soggy.
Also, there was way too much grease coming from the burger in the first place.
On top of that, the cheese curds we paid for were not placed in the bag.
We had to drive back and I went into the store to rectify the situation.
After getting back my items placed in new bags from staff, it was a good thing I looked in the new bags before leaving the restaurant counter because the curds were still not in the bag. The young lad bagging my order forgot a second time.
The staff member who I spoke with was attentive and did apologize to me (though the situation was not her fault), but no other token of apology or customer service was offered.
Several other young staff members were standing around behind the counter with nothing to do, which was ironic considering several needless mistakes by staff wasted my time and gas money without recompense.
Based on my experience this day, I’d be reluctant to return to this Culver’s anytime soon, and that’s saying a lot because Culver’s was historically my favorite fast food restaurant.
Culver’s: if you indeed want to “be like Chick-fil-A”—as one of your outdoor staff taking my drive-through order put it—you’ll have to do better.

Not too many ppl on the inside I think there was only 4 at the time of my visit. The vibe was what you create due to only 4 customers I couldn’t get a feel for the place. I ordered a regular burger and onion rings, the food was banging!!! Nicely done guys n girls
