Got order wrong 2x in a row. Fries wrong, ordered a half pound sandwich thinly sliced.Came out completely opposite, got some kids working here, they work hard but aren’t very accurate. Our roast beef sandwiches were great once everything was sorted out. Gotta get those curly fries every time!

At 3 PM on a Thursday afternoon, I went through the drive-through at this location on the corner of Dixie Highway and Seward in Fairfield. The restaurant was not busy. There was one car ahead of me in line as a drive-through window. And I saw one couple sitting inside the dining room. I ordered a four piece mac & cheese bites. You’ll see in the photo, they were fried rock hard, were literally dripping in grease, and they were practically burnt. They had obviously, already been cooked, sat under the heat lamp till they got cold, then thrown back in the fryer, long enough to heat them back up and burn them. When I came back through the drive-through to show them at the window, what I had been given, the employee that greeted me was polite. However, the manager that the retrieved to perform the refund was not. I did ask for the manager, I do not like to complain/return food, and I do not like to leave bad reviews. However, the manager that performed my refund was unpleasant and unprofessional. It may not seem like a big deal, but I only get to go out to eat one time a week and I can spend no more than five dollars on myself on these trips. The messed up food I can easily forgive, the fact that you ruined my only pleasant experience for this entire week I cannot.

The young man who took order was friendly and Ibwas greeted when I entered. The food was served quickly (odd for Arby’s) My issue the fries were old cold and hard. My sandwich was Luke warm at best. I didn’t have time to go back in and complain since I was already late and very hungry. I am hoping it is a one off situation for this location because other than that it was very clean and the staff was friendly. Even said that KS for coming in when I left.

My husband and I were at Arby’s Sunday February 8th 2026 ordered food also ordered a desert (peach rolls) we ate our food in the parking lot inside our car proceeded to eat our dessert the peach rolls barley had any peaches inside so my husband went back in Arby’s either for a different dessert or a refund he came back out without neither one so I go in ask to speak to the manger I was nice explained what happened ask for a different dessert in its place he said No then I said well I would like a refund and he said No so I’m thinking like you have to do one or the other he started arguing with me he went and retrieved the peach rolls in the trash to show me it had peaches inside now mind you there were other customers hearing and witnessing the situation the manger was so disrespectful and very unprofessional after letting him know that I am a business owner and that the service he provided was unprofessional so he proceeded to give me the refund please send this manager back to management school do all of us that favour if it wasn’t for us customers the manager wouldn’t have a job smh the manger name is Kallup or Brandon Arby’s has to do better !!!!!!!
