Last night I bought a bacon and cheese burger through the drive through and I had two bites then realised the meat is so undercooked!!! I am pregnant and this freaked me out! I wouldn’t be happy even if I wasn’t pregnant but this could really make me sick! The lovely Hispanic lady at the drive through was the only good experience at this place. I had driven halfway home, turned around and had to go back to take it inside to get a refund. The apologised but didn’t offer me another burger or a credit or anything. I’m sad to say this isn’t my first bad experience at the same place. I have had two burgers where the buns were soggy and I didn’t complain but it wrecked my experience and didn’t want to go back. I haven’t another go and then this happened. Not ok. There was no one in front or behind me in the drive thru, no excuse for not cooking food properly. I am in the hospitality industry and you would be reprimanded and cautioned because this is a food and safety issue.

Every little change I asked for didnt happen. Asked for no ice got a drink that was more ice than drink. Asked for no tomato got a tomato

Chocolate shake was vanilla with Hersheys syrup not a chocolate shake

Drive thru was slow even just to take our order (we were the only ones in the drive thru)
Apollo sauce taste like a worse version of fry sauce

I bought the Texas Bacon Burger as a combo and only waited for around 5 minutes for my food. The hamburger and fries were still hot when brought out to me and looked like they could have been used in a commercial. There was a good variety of drinks but lacking in non carbonated options if that is your thing. The entire restaurant was clean with lots of seating including tables to accommodate larger parties. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!

When they used to do online orders they would forget something on one of our orders. At the drive up window we always check our order because they would also forget. They always skimp on sauces. You order three fries and two onion rings and you get three fry sauces. This time we got two ranches and no fry sauce at all. I love the food here but am sick of something being forgotten or getting skimped on sauces.

First of all, the drive thru took almost 30 minutes, which isn’t totally unusual for this location. But the real annoyance happened after my son did not like his pineapple shake at all. I told him he should go in and ask for a different flavor. He’s 16, by the way. He came back and said that he had to pay for the replacement. The employee said they didn’t think they could replace it. Customer service 101, apologize to the customer that they weren’t satisfied with the item, and then replace it. I then went in to ask about the situation, and they said my son said he would pay for it, but this was after the employee said he couldn’t replace it. Well, obviously a kid will say that if you’re not offering to replace his bad shake. He just wants a shake and doesn’t want additional trouble to get one. This shows that Apollo does not prioritize their customers’ satisfaction with its food. It was a terrible experience at this restaurant tonight.

Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile

This was my first time to Apollo Burger and I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Utah Burger with Pumpkin Spice Milkshake and fries. Everything was delicious! The Pumpkin Spice Milkshake was like a Pumpkin Cheesecake in a cup. I couldn’t get enough of it. I definitely will be back.

I’ve been a huge fan of Apollo Burger for a long time. One of my favs is the halibut platter. it’s always included a salad, bread, fries and a few nice fillets of halibut. Last time I ordered it (about 2 months ago), I noted that the fillets were quite a bit smaller. Tonight I ordered it again and the fillets were barely the size of small chicken tenders and tough. Unfortunate to let a good thing go. They did give move fries, but you can’t make up for the star of the show not showing up with must a few extra fries.

Let me start by saying the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend their burgers and fries!
Just beware if you get a combo – what they charge you is not what is posted on the menu in person or online. We were charged for a large combo (understandably that price is higher than what is posted – as what is posted is for the regular combo) BUT we were charged in addition to the combo for the large fries – that are part of the combo. Shouldn’t the large fry price be included in the large combo price? Additionally if you size up to a medium combo, you’re only getting a medium drink – as you still only get regular size fries. All around felt like a lot of false advertising/incorrect charges. When I asked why the prices were different all the employees could tell me is “that’s just how it is, we don’t know, maybe call the manager.” (What I was charged is also higher than what is posted on the website for a medium or large combo.)
When I did call the manager, I was told that it’s the employee’s job to upsell food and they did the right thing. I didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted to understand why the pricing was so different than what was posted. All in all, the conversation with the manager was difficult as I never could get a full sentence out without being cut off. I get that you’re busy, but since I had called earlier and you were returning my call, maybe you could pick a time when you have a minute to listen and not interrupt me the whole time.
Maybe this is petty because in the end it’s only a few dollars difference, but the principle of the thing is what is aggravating.
In full transparency, I was given a refund and appreciated that gesture – but just beware and check what you’re charged if you are ordering a combo.
