Conventional McDonald’s experience, but there a lot of flies and the dining room was very hot. I noticed the thermostat was set on 80. I get that it was fall and was probably 60 degrees outside but when that west sun shines through all that glass it warms things up. The franchisee needs to liberate a nominal amount of cash to at least keep the place bug free and comfortable.

The fries felt, looked and tasted like they were cooked for 10 seconds. Absolute soggy, disgusting mess. Both large boxes were like this. We got the food to go and should have checked before we got back on the road. Considering how much prices have gone up, the food quality should at least be on par with most other McDonald’s, which I generally consider mediocre. Waste of money and gross.
The windows were covered in a layer of grease which is pretty telling. Skip this stop and keep going to the next one.

Service was okay, understood they were busy but poor communication due to my food was about to be given to someone else while waiting at number 3 for my drive through order, then found mold on the bun part of the crispy chicken sandwich, will not be going here again.

It’s time to come up with a new name for fast food. It’s not fast. Legal precedent shows that much of it is not to be considered food. And it is by no stretch of the imagination and economical alternative to cooking at home.

All three cheeseburger orders were wrong (one was flattened at some point), and we were missing one sandwich we went back to get. They ran out of cheese (noon on a Monday), but didn’t tell us, so we paid for cheeseburgers without the cheese. All fries were about half full. Not great service either.

I have been stopping at the Burlington Colorado McDonald’s every morning for the past 3 years for breakfast. Until recently, things were fine. I’m sure the people working at this restaurant or good people but since the language barrier has become more evident at this location, my orders have been messed up or completely wrong on a weekly basis. Items that I have ordered have been forgotten, handed someone else’s meal, sandwiches look like they’ve been run over by a truck, tasted and appeared to be cooked in days prior and drinks sometimes are never the same. I would say that I would go someplace else but unfortunately living in a Podunk town in Colorado I don’t have much of a choice. It’s sad that local management and/or the corporate office doesn’t seem to care about its customers and allows this to keep happening.

Regret reaching out to here! This place has some of the frankly WORST service of any fast food or restaurant joint I have had, particularly given the low standards I have for McDonalds. I asked for the cost of a both a burger and shake and could not get a straightforward answer on time. Staff had to look it up and took FOREVER to take the time to give me an answer. I would like to see staff retrained and asked to actually give good/quick answers to customer questions. In the meantime, I will take my business to Denver, where I imagine people are more responsive!

You would think I’ve learned by now. Well I did check at the counter if it was made correctly. For the most part it was. I ordered and paid for a triple and got a double. Noticed of course when I got all the way home.
