After finishing my Thanksgiving shopping, I decided to stop by Starbucks at Tampa Premium Outlets for a quick coffee and sandwich.
Since it was Thanksgiving Day, the queue was long, and I waited about 10-15 minutes before placing my order. I went with a Chai Tea Latte and the Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich. Despite the rush, my order was ready in about 10 minutes.
The Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich was delicious–by far one of the best Starbucks sandwiches and my personal favorite. The chai tea latte complemented the sandwich perfectly, making for a satisfying and much-needed breakfast.
Starbucks provided exactly what I needed that morning: a hearty meal and a warm drink to refuel after shopping. Even with the crowd, the experience was enjoyable, and I’d happily visit again.

Never Ever again! Yes, Starbucks is Starbucks but it is so crowded here! We waited 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee!! 45 mins! There is hard to find empty table to sit and huge line ! The kid in front of me, pissed in the middle of the store!! Not appropriate for the family with kid. Because long waiting issues.
My always classic is Iced Matcha tea latte. It was good as usual! Atmosphere is good as well if you have time.

I come to this Starbucks every Saturday, and I’m always greeted so warmly by Dan. He truly goes above and beyond for every customer—always asking how your day is going and making you feel welcome. This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I actually have three locations closer to my house, but I choose to come here because the staff, especially Dan, make every visit a great experience. Gen made my drink today and not only did it taste great it looked amazing too. If you want to try my order it was an iced Quad expresso with cinnamon dolce cold foam, lined the cup with carmel, extra carmel drizzle on top, one pump brown sugar, and one pump cinnamon dolce syrup.

Never had a drink served with this much empty space up top. They barely filled it, looked like half the effort, half the drink. This is exactly why I stick with Dunkin…… $7 for a drink that takes me 5 seconds to consume.

If I could give “0 stars I would. So I walk into this establishment . It’s one other person in front of me. He has already ordered. Him & a cashier is having a conversation so no big deal . I’m being patient . After a few minutes I’m just looking around trying to figure out when am I going to helped or even greeted … mind you it’s not busy. I’m the only person who looks different than everyone else so that’s what threw me off with how I wasn’t even greeted or anything. I’ve came here before & was treated better but guess what I’ll never come back or even give yall the time of the day. I just feel as though you greet people regardless to if you can’t get to them or not. I could’ve been corporate or anything but this was a clear sign to never step foot into Starbucks ever . It’s crazy how people think not doing their job is okay but to solve everything I won’t ever think about Starbucks
