Stopped to get a quick bite to eat . Walked in to a friendly smile and welcome.. There is plenty of seating and open area.. I had broccoli and cheese soup. 1 of the best that I have tried in a long time… I ordered the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy.. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. He had lake perch, which was crispy breading and not overcooked. He picked mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which was really good ….. We didn’t have room for desserts .. They have plenty of dessert options and desserts to go… You will not be disappointed if you stop for a bite to eat…

Russ’ is always nostalgic for me. I haven’t had a bad burger there, but uniquely Michigan is the green olive burger. I almost always get the coconut cream pie because it’s amazing, but their hot fudge sundae cake is awesome too!

Ok, Excellent Service. Our waitress was amazing. Unfortunately the price for 1 rootbeer 1 water 2 Reubens sandwiches that were very thin but good. My husband had kettle chips. I did not, and 1 hot fudge sunday we shared was way too pricey. Total with tip was $44.03. We couldn’t believe it. . We don’t go out to eat much anymore. It costs way too much. And so do hair cuts. Service was awful. We sat at the drive-through window for almost 10 minutes while staff looked at us and never helped. We eventually parked and went inside, only to sit for another 20 minutes waiting for a cup of pre-made soup they already had in the back.
After 30 minutes of my husband sitting inside, i got my baby out of the car and went inside myself and finally asked how much longer it would be—only to be told they didn’t realize we were waiting and told they didn’t realize we needed it!!?. Completely unacceptable.
EDIT: I would like to say that their manager was very kind and beyond apologetic I appreciate the way they handled this situation they truly made it it right and for that I am thankful and will continue to be a returning customer they went above and beyond for us and it truly shows how much they care about their business and customers

This place is great eatin for me! Hadn’t been there before this week, and it’s a new favorite spot of mine! Plan to bring my friends back. Thank you. Waitresses and staff are friendly and helpful. A cook even rang me out! He saw I was ready to go. Surprised me. He could have turned back around and left it for the hostess. Opening at 630 is so perfect for my 3rd shift schedule. That was huge.

Tasteless Twin Burger. The burgers were so thin you could see right through them. No sauce on the burger, lettuce should have been thrown out two days ago. Use to be a favorite place of ours but wouldn’t go there again. Fries were good.

Loved breakfast!! French toast loaded with mmmm so good!!! I could eat it every day!! Service was quick and very, very friendly!! Wish I could remember our waitresses’ names. She was so sweet. We filled up before our trip. Price was really good for three good portioned meals. My only trouble is I wish every restaurant had a good and crispy bacon option for us that like the burnt
