Who doesn t love italian food? How many times do we actually get the chance to eat real italian food? Not many times, not even in Italy. But, here, in Brugge, there is an restaurant which serves the most delicios Italian dishes with a Sicilian twist. Yes, we all cook carbonara or pizza, or lasagna but no, the ingredients has to be also the real ones. And here, i ve eaten the best carbonara ever with fresh made pasta, pizza was heavenly, canolli, some pasta specialty of the chef and another special dish. We tried the famous sicilian canolo, mama mia, buonissimo. So, we are going to come back…soon

We visited Trattoria Trium on two consecutive days and had a great experience both times. During our first visit, we ordered dishes off the menu, and my husband had a pizza without cheese – special requests were no problem at all. Since we enjoyed the food so much, we came back the next day and had delicious spaghetti Bolognese, homemade limoncello, and coffee. The owners recognized us right away and were just as warm and friendly as before. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned and rustic, but the excellent food and the heartfelt service more than make up for it. The prices are very reasonable. A clear recommendation!

Had such a lovely experience at this restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I ordered a pizza from the gluten-free and it was very nice. I’ve been struggling to find somewhere in Brugge that does gluten-free pizza but this is definitely the place. I had some olives which were amazing and a wine that one of the waitresses recommended. Definitely will be back again☺️

Crowded place. Seems people like it.
I didn’t like it because carbonara was with pieces of pepper, so I didn’t eat, chairs were not comfortable at all. Prices are high (Carbonara 20€). Payment is on the way to exit.
Bolognese nice. But no one ask what kind of pasta I want : spaghetti, penne etc.
Menu is big. Staff is nice.

This was THE ONLY Italian restaurant I found in Bruges with Gluten Free options. They have a dedicated GF menu. When ordering, I was asked if I’m Celiac or GF Intolerant. This was asked because they have GF items (like prosciutto) that are kept in areas that are not exclusively GF, which allows for additional options. This was EXTREMELY appreciated, and shows that they care about their customers.
The GF pizza was good. Not the best crust/dough but I was very satisfied. My Husband had the Amatriciana with the homemade pasta (rather than the bucatini) and he said it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely dine here again & highly recommend.

A hidden gem! The staff truly care about the freshness and flavour of their carefully sourced food. I had the black seafood pizza which was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever tasted. Let the chef choose for you and you will be amazed! Not expensive either.

Lovely place, we always come! Food is good quality price, and personal is very friendly! A bit noisy sometimes! Wine of the house could be a bit better tho!

Enjoyed their pesto pasta, margherita pizza, amazing ricotta and spinach lasagna (just needed to be heated up longer), and ensalada mista. Soup of the day with peas and mushrooms was bland. Really a great spot to go to when in Bruges.
