Tonight was a decent experience in our hometown Taco Bell. I had recently been ill and so we just wanted to grab something quick and Taco Bell got the pick. When we walked in, we noticed someone was on the front counter. This is how it should be at all Fast Food restaurants. Tori took our order and was super helpful, patient, and pleasant. This one thing alone made our experience better than most of our recent Taco Bell visits. Food experience was the same as was cost. However, our order came quickly and was correct. Today the service was great and that was worth stopping to praise Taco Bell for. Keep it up Taco Bell.

Girl was nice and all but I ordered two meals and it was two tacos beef WITH sour cream and cheese. I guess she took the order too seriously and gave me JUST sour cream and cheese in the taco. I mean seriously… A mistake is a mistake but it was 20 dollars for some pitiful tacos.

Trash food. I am not sure how you serve food that isn’t even warm – pintos and cheese was a solid block. I also ordered the taco supreme meal and was given all regular tacos. Yes, I checked what was registered on the receipt which shows taco supreme. Won’t be back.

You will be lucky if they have cups, or Pepsi. Almost always out of one or the other. If you use the app and they are out of anything, good luck getting a refund. They can’t do anything locally and you can’t get a hold of anyone through the app to resolve the issue. We cancelled an online order and when we get there they are out of half the items so we decided to not take the order. It took about a month for the charge to drop off for a non order pickup.

The kiosk set up is all wrong. Why is there a table so tight to the kiosk area. People should be able to move freely around guests placing orders. While I was placing my order a team member came in from outside and needed to say “excuse me” just to walk by because the space is too small. Food didnt look like marketed items and tasted like beans and meat only.
