Hard to put my finger on exactly how I felt about this experience, but the dragon burger was fire. After I ordered, an employee let me know that all of the BK meals can be crafted “my way” because I was eying the tenders as opposed to the onion rings and appreciate that tidbit for next time. Wasn’t able to confirm if they’d be an up charge, and when the dust settles, I was mostly impressed with the large play area for kids. I always love to see that, and thankful this location has taken such a great interest in providing such a large place for kids to be kids.

I’ve pretty much given up on fast food because 99.9 % of the time, my order, wrong, cold, or just plain messed up.
I could feel my sugar dropping today, and against better judgment, I choose Bk in Hermitage, and I am glad I did! The food was hot, correct, and good… You’ve restored some of my faith in humanity.

It is fast food, so don’t fool yourself and come in thinking you’re getting more than that. But, on our last visit we had great friendly service and the dining area was clean. Brought our niece and nephew to the play zone and they had a blast. Was a very good visit.

This restaurant is great! My family ordered dine in and the cashier was very patient with my children ordering their own meals. When they were told they were out of ice they filled it immediately. The dining room was also clean. The food was given to us fast, hot and tasty. Good Job to the staff!! Thank you!

My mom and dad love Jr. Woppers and the onion rings, service was fast, I ordered through the app. And I Think that helps speed up your order. Drive thru take out.

Ordered online just to receive the wrong order. The older lady didn’t come back to the drive through window even after honking. Had to go inside just to find out our order was never made. Took 30 mins from pulling into the drive through to finally leave with our order. There was full staff, just looked like nobody knew what they were doing. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I don’t come here very often as I no longer live in the area, but I’ve never had any issues with this place that were at fault of the staff here as they’ve always been pretty good to me. The only time I ever had an issue was one that was fixed relatively easily. They needed to change the syrup for the coke as the coke wasn’t tasting right obviously as a result, and they took care of it immediately.
