Customer service with online orders is so terrible I ordered a veggie pizza and added banana peppers and jalapenos to it. When I got home all that was on it was bananas peppers and jalapenos?? I called to get a refund and was told someone would get back with me which didn’t happen! I contested the charge with my credit card and for some reason y’all can get back with my credit card company but not me?? Confused.

We come almost every Friday night! Sara is a great bartender. Professional but personal. The food is always so tasty. We enjoy sitting at the bar, meeting and making new friends while enjoying our favorite dish, Chicken al mosca! When you’re in the mood for Italian go see Sara. She’s an awesome employee!

We haven’t eat here in a while and decided to give them another try. They seemed short staffed, because the hostess took our drink and food order. We weren’t sure who our waiter was supposed to be but that’s where the service ended. The kitchen staff brought out our food. Luckily it was all correct except we didn’t get our soup that was supposed to come with one of our entrees. The food was very good just like it has been in the past. We had to flag down another waitress for a drink refill, as we still had no server. No one checked on us our entire meal. The same server finally noticed us sitting there done with our meals and asked if we were done and ready for the check. I’m sure she could see our frustration at this point and went to go find our check. The hostess ended up bringing it out, we finally paid and were able to leave. We have had fair service in the past but this time was non existent. We will probably give them another try in the future as the food is good but if we don’t have service again, we will just leave.

Everything about this place is good. Good waitstaff that seems to stay around they aren’t going through different waitstaff every week . All the servers are top notch . The bread is the best. Good food at a good price . I have done take out several times as well and it has always been good too.

Met a friend here for lunch. We were looking for someplace halfway as we live about an hour apart. The menu sounded good so we landed here.
Most everything on the lunch menu is under ten bucks, which is amazing and you get a basket of complimentary breadsticks!
My spouse got angel hair pasta that came with a side salad. My friend got a wrap and the portion was so big she took half home. I got the eggplant parm that came with a side of spaghetti and it was huge! I took more than half home. The side salad was just enough too. Everything was delicious.
Our waiter was so sweet and took great care of us! The space itself is really nice, ample, and welcoming. All in all we had a lovely time and hope to return soon.
BTW, the ladies bathroom may be the cleanest one I’ve ever been in.

I would like to take the time to share with everyone about this wonderful restaurant, Mosca’s, in Burlington. My 92 year old mother and I call this our Happy Place!! Believe it or not, we go almost every day for lunch. And if we were not having a good experience we would not be going as often as we do!! I have read some negative reviews and I promise you that we have NEVER had a bad experience or unpalatable food.
First, the servers at lunch are so personable and friendly. They always acknowledge you and ask about your day even if they are not the one serving you. William, Anna, and Sienna are the best!! We have been a regular of William’s for many years. He actually knows what we want to eat when we come through the door. He is kind, caring, and professional. I have never seen anyone unhappy with his service. Everyone loves him!!
Second, we have never had to wait to be greeted or our drink, meal order taken. Even on a busy day, the food comes out in a timely manner and is always hot, right from the oven.
Third, William always strives to make EVERY customer feel welcome and appreciated, not just us!! I have personally talked to many customers who also think he is THE BEST!! If you were ever to have a problem, William would go out of his way to make it right.
Last, the quality of the food is superb. Everything is fresh and made in house. Your missing a great dining experience if you don’t try Mosca’s!!

Such an amazing Italian restaurant. The food was delicious as u can see in the pictures . The sweetest thing was my daughter wanted fries without seasoning he stated they couldn’t take it off so we said no fries & just ordered the 3 below. Once we picked up order and got home they had put a special order of fries in the bag. It’s definitely the thought for me, they are so sweet & I really loved how considerate they were. Definitely a must visit & eat no matter the food just know it’s going to be great.

A friend of mine works here and he suggested to me this restaurant a long time ago and I had the opportunity to stop by a few days ago. This place is all about quality, this is one of the most efficient staff that I have seen in a restaurant, they get your order out super fast without sacrificing quality. The bar area is very nice and their prices are very reasonable, I would definitely recommend Mosca’s to anyone in the area.

The food is fine, but the level of service for takeout is sadly lacking. The two most recent times I got carryout, I had to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time to receive my order. Today, they neglected to include the dessert I purchased. I called ahead to let them know what happened and that I was on my way back. Though they said it would be ready when I returned, they made me wait ten minutes more when I did. I pray that dine in would be a better experience.
