I stopped in for lunch after a crazy week and I must say that I was so impressed with the service and the food that I will be rerouting my work schedule to do lunch here more often.
The hostess (long pink locks) was so sweet and she had already sold me on a drink (the prickly pear ever after Rita) and is was amazing. The gentleman bartender was also very kind and quick with service. For lunch I had the bourbon street steak cooked medium rare. It was cooked to perfection. Food and drink were all to perfection.
The general manager also came out to ask me about the service and food and I LOVE THAT!!! I could tell she was very in tune with her amazing staff AND CUSTOMERS!!!! Just an overall great experience and I just had to say something about it!!

Our group had a wonderful experience last night. We had a large group and had to wait a while for everyone in our group to show up. Thankfully our waitress Alexis was so kind, funny, and patient with our group. She was attentive and definitely cared about making the experience good. She offered advice on the menu, made our group laugh multiple times, and we will ask for her again.
The food was delicious and everything was clean and enjoyable. You could watch the game if you wanted, but also engage in conversation. There is a good balance in the atmosphere.
The host was also great, we didn’t get his name. (Tall, has a beard) He was really kind as well.

My so and I go here quite a bit as well as my son and his mother. My son loves going to this apple bees it’s simple quiet and not busy around lunch time if you go early at 11am the waitress and bartenders are awesome and they are attentive to your needs and wants. I have never had a bad steak they can cook steaks and chicken tenders perfectly their fries and mashed potatoes are awesome as well. I never have any complaints they check on you frequently and make sure you have had enough food and drinks. Thank you for a very good experience every time we come.

No wait to be seated. Service wait was good, but could have been a bit faster, as the place was not full. Our server Jessica C was great, although she forgot about my wife’s honey mustard, which she apologized for, she made my son a Baja Blast drink, not available, but she went the extra mile to make my son happy. The burgers and fries were great, and the appetizers were good. My steak was cooked as I wanted, but a bit chewy, still had good flavor. The shrimp were a bit overcooked for my taste and the mashed taters were bland. The boneless wings appeared to have been cooked hours earlier, reheated and served, as they were hard and chewy. We are not Applebee’s people, but chose this location as we were close and hungry. Would we come back? Probably yes. Price wise, for a family of four, four entrees, four drinks and two appetizers, $110.00… not bad.

Ordered through DoorDash and this is literally what was sent. And the resolution? Manager not available because they are cooking but “go through the app to resolve”. Ok. Won’t use DoorDash again or ever come back to this location. Very poor first time delivery experience, even though you are the merchant that filled the order.

Had a great time there this afternoon, my daughter and I were seated promptly. Order some food off of the kids menu and the older white guy working was spot on explaining to my daughter the options she could get which is nice most workers avoid speaking to kids my daughters age and almost ignore them, he even went out of his was to make sure she had crayons for her menu puzzles. I ordered the ribeye and my steak come out exactly how I ordered it. This will be the new lunch place on Sundays for my daughter and I. Except she wants steak next time, as she ate half of mine.

Our experience at Applebee’s on Battleground was the greatest. Our server Brooklyn was very attentive and has a great memory. My daughter and I were amazed at how she remembered what everyone ordered, plus she was waiting on other tables. More restaurants should hire waitresses like Brooklyn. Also the manager for that shift came around to every table and asked were we enjoying ourselves.
Can’t wait to go back there and eat.

We ate here 3 weeks ago while visiting the Greensboro area.. Good food, good service and friendly atmosphere! We visited mid-afternoon on a Friday before the crowds showed up. I ordered the blackened salmon with broccoli which I have ordered before at other Applebee’s. My guests who are not watching their diet as close as I am ordered richer food. The food was cooked just right. One of our guests ordered a special cocktail with a “booster” of some kind. She said she gets the same drink in her Applebee’s in the Midwest. It looked interesting! Overall, No complaints about this Applebee’s!!
