I’m sad to even be posting this. I’ve loved this location and the staff but today was not their day. I ended up with the completely wrong sandwich. The roast beef was not good and my sandwich was dry and bland without the red ranch that was supposed to be on my sandwich. Not to mention that I ordered a double, not a classic. Not only that but there was an item we paid for that didn’t make it in the bag. So we were overcharged for what we got and the entire meal was disappointing.

Fast food that is actually fast! With the 2 for $7 deal it is more affordable than most of the other options. Bathroom was fully stocked – always important! Only 4 stars because they don’t have potato cakes anymore.

This arbys location is one of the best I’ve been to. Excellently friendly staff, fast kind genuine service, and the only clean fast food restaurant in the area. Would recommend this arbys to anyone that likes good food. Hope the staff all gets a raise.

Kid had to repeat himself multiple times, there was someone yelling in the background that sounded like they struggled with turrets or something…
Food was mushy, they over charged me, and the kids that answered the window seemed confused when I game him cash…
The Arby’s sauce is still good though…

I waited for 22 minutes for my hamburgers to be raw, yes raw. As I was eating the last few bites of my BBQ Bacon Burger the texture changed. I looked at my burger and saw it is raw. My son’s burger was even worse. More than pink it was cold inside. This is was definitely not cooked long enough. I would rather wait longer for fully cooked food.

We’re never EVER coming to this Arby’s location. One of the employees came out of the bathroom with a PLUNGER leaking water all over the floor and WENT straight to the kitchen with the PLUNGER! Absolutely disgusting!

UPDATE 10/10/2025: My husband wants to try the new Steak Nuggets. He said they were lukewarm and tasted like sawdust. They were really dry and didn’t seem to be cooked properly. He threw them away and went elsewhere for lunch. I removed a star for food due to these steak nuggets.
Original Post: So glad to see the fish sandwich on the menu. There are so many new choices. The French dip is my favorite. We do miss the onion rings but definitely like the crinkle cut fries.
