I took my son and nephew here to eat after a pop-up event. The food was great the dinning room was clean and the workers where very nice and helpful on helping the boy’s get the best deal for there money. I will go eat there again.

Customer service is not their strong point. I used the drive through and from the moment I pulled up to order I was rushed, no manners or politeness were extended and it felt like I was being yelled at through the speaker. At the window it didn’t get any better. No hello, no eye contact, just drinks and a bag of food shoved at me with urgency as if my life depended on it. As I waited to move up because I was not offered or given my receipt, the window reopened slowly with the worker giving me a confused look (with attitude) as she said “yes”. I asked may I have my receipt, and was handed it as if it were a burden and I was just an inconvenience in her day. Will not revisit this location.

Usually doesn’t take too long. Unless you go at night. Sometimes they take forever, had my food in 40 minutes with 6 cars in front of me. Albeit the food did tatae good when i finally got it…

Service was a little slow. Apparently they are not used to people walking in and ordering. Four crew members looked at me without even saying a word. I waited at the counter for 4-5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I tried to pay with cash, the person was ‘put out’ by the hastle of getting me change for my $20 bill.
The food was great and the facility was very clean, hence the 5 stars in those areas.

Wow a 2 star review from me. The only reason it is getting a 2 star verses a 1 star is because the young lady cashier at the window seemed remorseful about the service I received. It stared going wrong when I begin to place my order(my over all wait time was 40 minutes)..several things went down hill from there. They were out of items I had order through the app and paid for and the manager let me know that she will not substitute anything, so I sorta dealt with that, but still not happy with no type of accommodating fix. Then I was given 1/3 of my meal with a greasy nasty receipt, I sat at the window wondering where the rest of my order was, then 2 minutes later the young returned to the window say oh you have two more sandwiches. So I waited some more, then I decided to check my bag for the fries because I was hungry, there were stale cold! I asked for some more fresh hot fries and was asked to pull forward and I did. The cold fries were dropped back in the grease to be reheated and they still were mixed with cold fries. They gave me a fork for my shake, there were a few other things that were not good this visit. I had really tried being patient about the quality of EVERYTHING, but in the end, I did have to request a refund to the young lady that was serving me. The manager still did not even ask what the problems were because I am guessing she already knew. She did not apologize, she did look at me to even try to make things right, and yes I would have allowed her to do that, because really wanted Wendy’s. The young lady serving me was polite and she did wish me a good night and I wished her the same, that is why the 2 stars. I did however go to the other Wendy’s across town and everything over was perfect over there. Read that review…

I have visited this Wendy’s location twice in the past week. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Myself and my buddy were both highly disappointed in both visits. For the breakfast the chicken patties were completely burned. Please see pics.
Then today at lunch, we asked for one of the chicken sandwiches to have no mayo and to add ketchup and mustard. We asked for the second one normal. They decided to give us no condiments at all and even decided to not give us straws or napkins. There is no parking lot in the drive through so there is no where to check your meals without holding the line up.
I would not recommend this place. Definitely not representing the Wendy’s brand well.

Honestly I ordered through delivery and it was a disaster. food was not properly done. drinks were wrong. items were missing. all together it was disgusting. fries were cold.

THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE CREW LEVEL EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE. Management at this store is awful, every time i have been to this location, they have been in shambles. They are always out of very crucial things. Today it was bacon, pineapple lemonade, chocolate frosty, and trays. I received my 2 large drinks in 4 small cups, meanwhile I could clearly see a few different sizes of larger cups. Someone from corporate needs to pay this store a visit. I always leave in a terrible mood. You can tell the employees here are run down from having to tell every customer that they are out of 50% of their products every day

I ordered carry out and went up to the doors at 2:00pm and they were locked. I couldn’t wait in the long line at the drive thru so I called to see if they could cancel the order. The old lady that came on the phone was VERY rude, hanging up on me stating “What you want me to do?” I called back to get her name and she then hung up again without even telling me. If you don’t want to work in the service, you should find another profession. This one isn’t it.

I love the taste of Dave’s double cheese burger with bacon minus the Mayo. It’s even better when the fries a fresh and piping hot. I experienced just that on this visit. I must admit for some reason the service was a bit slower on this occasion, I’m not sure why, the restaurant was not busy; perhaps it was a shift change. Nonetheless, the cashier was super friendly and polite and the dining area was clean. I’m taking a burger break for the rest of January, however I will return to this location when it’s that time again.
