A few months ago, my husband and I visited and ordered a chicken burger with coleslaw. The experience was bad. The chicken was burned and had a strong bitter taste, and the coleslaw was clearly not fresh and completely flavorless.

Despite that, we decided to give this place another chance today.

I ordered a regular burger and explicitly asked for mayonnaise only, as I do not eat mustard at all. The burger arrived with mustard. I asked the server to replace it and clearly explained the issue. What I got back was the same burger, with a massive amount of mayonnaise added on top of the existing mustard.

The mustard was still clearly visible. Even after pointing this out, nothing was properly fixed. The server did not seem to care, and the whole interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, the fries that came with today’s meal were soggy and overly seasoned.

New place. Ordered online for takeout; website was fine but no Apple Pay. Kids menu didn’t allow Parmesan broccoli. Place seemed busy, order was ready on time, staff seemed nice. No fork, napkins, or ketchup in the bag.

Bbq burger 6.9/10
Good overall with fair pricing. Bread was perfectly toasted, decent size, and the sauce amount was right. Steak fries were seasoned but felt like any other steak fries.

Chicken Cesar wrap 2.1/10
About 20 bucks for the wrap with broccoli, which felt insanely high. It seemed like they forgot the dressing, as the wrap was really bland.

Went for an early dinner and it was fairly busy. Prompt and friendly service, food was fresh and very good. Had the A1 steakhouse burger and it was awesome! Cooked to order and very tasty with flavorful ingredients! Other dinner guest had the fish and said it was excellent. Traveling in the area for a sporting event and this was in the area/on the way to the stadium so was a convenient stop. Would certainly come back again!

We have been several times but have not written a review. Tonight we went for my son’s birthday. We were seated quickly but waited an hour and twenty minutes for the food. Waiter was nice, but never refilled drinks or asked to bring us more fries.

This was very disappointing. Manager reduced our bill which was appreciated. We love RR, but this was a miss.

Phenomenal customer service! We asked for a box, and they gave us an extra side of fries to put in it so that the box didn’t just have half a burger! That’s the type of service that leaves a genuine customer impact and builds lifelong customers. Management should be very proud. Madlove burger was also delicious, as always!

Food was good, atmosphere was decent, and our waiter Caleb was awesome. He was attentive & professional. The hostess, however, was on her phone & distracted, and not organized. If I would recommend anything to the manager, please have staff remove phones from the work place. It’s unprofessional & made for a bad first impression. Not sure why they are allowed at all on the floir of a restaurant. Other than that, we had a great experience!

My wife’s first visit to Red Robin was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 3:20 PM and were seated by the host, who told us someone would be with us shortly. Unfortunately, no one ever came to greet us or take our order.

We watched multiple customers who arrived after us get served, while we continued to wait. After about 15 minutes, I had to stop a waiter just to ask if we could be acknowledged. Shortly after, a staff member finally approached and said she was “just coming in,” which only added to the frustration.

At that point, we were ready to leave. This was a terrible first impression for my wife, and honestly, it makes us hesitant to return. I hope management takes this seriously and improves service, because experiences like this will definitely cause you to lose customers.

When we walked in the restaurant was pretty much empty. We ordered 2 milkshakes they brought us 1 with 2 straws. The ice cream in the milkshake was freezer burnt. I shouldn’t be chewing a milkshake. The chips they brought out were precooked & cold. The waitress we had once she took our order she disappeared and only came back to deliver our food. I wanted to cancel my order but since she didnt comeback I took it anyways. Everything on my plate was barely warm and the young lady said she just took it out of the window.

Sooo mmm I say if u work In The food industry u should be wearing clothes that fits. U shouldn’t be holding ur pants up that are falling off. With a belt. That’s gross have class

2nd I got my food at 327 like the app told me and ate it in the car how was the fries cold ❄️ and the burger

Lastly if I use the app for food I shouldn’t be scolded inside if I happened to forget to order sauce. And keep saying u can order it on the app I didn’t see it at the time Then telling me if I wanted sweet tea or none sweet also didn’t aske on the app.

Idk the experience was just off for the to go order.

However the employee not wearing clothes that fit and having to hold ur pants up the hold time ur walking is kinda crazy especially when ur holding my food

Mybe I’ll skip red Robin at this location until the managers manage to keep there employees dressed for work and more food cautious bc that’s gross

The burgers are over $20 each. There’s absolutely nothing about this food that entitles them to this cost. Top it off without outrageously priced drinks and it’s way too much for lunch. And why would you get burgers for a pricey dinner? In all ways skip this place.
