I purchased the $8 two cheeseburger/bacon special. For the money, Wendy’s makes a good burger. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The onion was crisp and the soda machine with goo-gobs of flavors were all on-point.
While I don’t purchase fast food on a regular basis, Wendy’s is my GO-TO for decent dare at a decent price.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes ! I ordered chili beans and a large sweet tea I was told they were out of sweet tea ! It’s only 8 pm why are they out of tea. So I got a cup of ice after I finally get to the window and drive off I get home and ready to eat the chili beans and the cup is barely over half full !!! I cannot believe I had to wait that long in line * Out of tea* And I’m still hungry because I only got half of what I paid to get. That’s crazy. Why did they not fill the cup up at least. I live to far to go back . It was good tasting just not enough and had to wait sooo long in line. Oh well

Fast food restaurants service have been going down for awhile, this was one of them. I had stopped coming because of that. Today I decided to give it another shot since they renovated the entire restaurant. It is definitely more modern and appealing. To my surprise the customer service was also a lot better. Staff was friendlier and quicker than my last few encounters. The food was hot and fresh. The Big Bacon Classic was not a disappointment. It comes in single, double or triple. The double was filling enough. The drink machine has numerous choices and I love that they have lots of DIET choices and not just one plain Diet Coke. I hope they keep up the friendly and efficient work because no matter how good the food is, that could be a big deterrent for customers.

I like Wendy’s, let’s get that out of the way. I hardly come here because I have not had a good experience with the workers. There are new workers now and seem to be doing a bit better. Unfortunately, once again, they screwed up my order and I did not get my nuggets. At least they were friendlier this time. I also did not get a receipt so I cannot go complain on line. My Dave’s Single was still good and their fries are now a bit thinner and taste great, never too salty like that other fast food franchise. Restaurant looks good from the outside not sure of the inside as I always do drive thru.

Jasmine took my order through the drive thru Tuesday October 21st at 5:20 pm. She was so nice, welcoming, and truly a joy. I was so overwhelmed by her kindness that I drove off without my card. She then proceeded to walk to my car on the road that had turned into to give me back my card. Truly a wonderful person and hardworking employee. And the food is always amazing!!

I was charged $36.67 for a #1 combo, the double burger w/ small Coke. They told me $12.19 and I gave my card. Didn’t know they overcharged till I looked at my account next day. The bank investigation basically concluded that since I didn’t have a receipt, there’s no proof. So I guess they don’t keep records of their order transactions huh? Don’t go here.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Wendy’s, and everything is fine except for the bacon(for reference I had the bourbon bacon burger). I don’t know how half a stripe of bacon is acceptable when your charging sit down prices, for a fast food place. I expected more for ten dollars, but I guess Wendy’s doesn’t actually care about real food and real people. I hate when business cut corners and raise prices.
Edit: I went back to this wendy to try it again. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 4 of those nuggets were stuck together, under cooked. I don’t know what’s going on with this Wendy’s, but there gonna make someone sick, serving raw dough. I won’t be back.
