I have a high expectation for McDonald’s because my Father was an Owner/Operator years ago and I worked for several years in his stores. I have had a reasonable experience at this store previously – a sausage biscuit ordered in the Drive-thru. However on 10/20, I had the worst McDonald’s experience of my life. The service in the Drive-thru was sufficient, with a wait time of 3 to 3.5 minutes. We were hoping for fresh fries because of the wait. Our order was a double cheeseburger meal, ketchup only, and a cheeseburger happy meal. The fries were droopy and cold, but the worst was the double. The meat seemed boiled and held for some time, with no flavor. The cheese was cold, the bun was stale, and there was not even a teaspoon of ketchup. We ended up throwing our $15 order out the car window for birds or squirrels or cats or rats or whatever critter might consider it edible. This is a first for me, but genuinely and honestly, this food was not fit for human consumption. It was especially annoying given that my “value meal” was $9 and a Happy Meal was $5.

Im giving one star only because no stars isnt an option i dont believe. This location is horrible. Not only does it take way too long for my order to be completed but they always mess it up and the past couple of times have even chosen to argue with us about the order being wrong. Even though the receipts show that what we ordered isn’t what we were given. The manager is rude and the employees are untrained and unable to help. I have tried going there a few times with my kids as it is convenient for its location. However we will not be going there anymore if that’s how mcdonalds wants their image being represented its sad to say the golden arches no longer bring a feeling of joy and comfort. Just anxiety and disgust over knowing how it use to be compared to how it is now.

The owner of this location needs to get in contact with me immediately *this is my edit I just went back to get my food and the worker is so rude and disgusting to me about the food that they forgot!! Literally told me “if your not happy then don’t come back” and I won’t! This McDonald’s has lost my business do better I hope I’m able to speak to your owner because this isn’t the first time I’ve been disrespected here even your manger is rude* This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and it’s super fustrating since it’s close and the only other one is 15 mins away it’s ridiculous they pull me up everytime even if it’s for a fry that arnt even fresh when they get to me . Nothing is fresh ever and even when you ask for it to be it isn’t. They forget something almost every other time I visit this location and again nothing is ever fresh I don’t get it I’ve worked fast food for a long time as well and I just don’t get why they don’t want to do their jobs properly anytime I order something added or taken off my whole burger is a mess cuz no one wanted to make sure they wernt squirting ketchup on the whole left side.

Fries were cold and had barely any salt on them.. couldn’t even be bothered to mix the McFlurry, and a couple bites in I notice a black piece of hair in the McFlurry (I don’t have black hair, so it’s not mine)… gross. We’ve been to this McDonald’s before and it’s not the first time we’ve had issues. Some of the younger staff members are very argumentative, the overnight staff is careless and lazy, the morning staff is pretty good and the dinner staff is tolerable. There’s only been a few times we’ve come here and hadn’t had our order messed up and that was during morning staff breakfast/lunch. All the other times something is always messed up, fries are either cold, unsalted, got the wrong order some how, missing items, item not correctly made, etc. Do better Thompson Bridge McDonald’s!

This McDonalds is a hit and miss location. Sometimes it is good and sometimes the service is bad and slow. Sometimes you don’t get what you ordered. Very inconsistent. Time to go elsewhere.

I ordered 3 meals it took 30 minutes to get my food and on top of that everything i ordered was supposed to have monopoly stickers of them and not one of them did!! not even one… my family loves playing it it’s fun and we picked our meals based on the stickers. never going to this one again literally worse experience ever guess i should expect it when it’s mcdonald’s….

Great PlayPlace. A bit warm and we had to clean our own table before we could sit, but the Playplace made it all worth it. We’ve been to a lot of PlayPlaces and this is a GREAT one.
