Beautiful restaurant right on the beach, with a lovely, open air terrace and great views. A very pretty place to get lunch and beautiful surroundings. The menu is fish focused and very varied with lots of food options. Everything we ate was great. I would say the lobster was a tiny bit chewy but everything else made up for it. Our waitress Cassandra was such a lovely, sweet, friendly woman. Had a lovely time here and would love to go back- my favourite Barbados restaurant so far.

The Fish Pot in St. Lucy is an absolute gem and an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — easily what sets this place apart. The service struck that perfect balance of friendly and professional, making us feel truly looked after throughout the meal.

We started with the piri piri prawns, which were outstanding — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat — along with an assortment of delicious breads. For the main course, we chose the catch of the day: red snapper, and it was flawless. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour — everything was simply on point.

As if the food and service weren’t enough, the views are incredible. Dining with the ocean as your backdrop elevates the entire experience. The Fish Pot delivers exceptional food, breathtaking scenery, and an amazing team who genuinely care about your experience. Highly recommended and a must-visit when in Barbados.

What a find this place is. Managed to get a walk in table first time but still recommend to book. We liked it so much we did book again and both visits were excellent. Great food (big starters so maybe share) and fantastic service. Cathy-Ann was a gem and looked after us so well. Definitely added to our re visit list for next year

My favourite meal while in Barbados. Everything was amazing. I had the catch of the day (red snapper), tuna tartare and Cointreau crème brûlée for dessert. All delicious. Gorgeous atmosphere too… staff extremely kind and friendly…. Was a highlight of my vacation, I can’t wait to come back one day! Definitely a hidden gem in Speightstown.

We picked this spot as one of two meals we ate away from our all inclusive resort. We were celebrating 2 anniversaries and we wanted something special without breaking the bank. The prices were reasonable. Great presentation. The food was very good. We also got there before sunset and it was spectacular watching it set. Wait staff was very polite and attentive. One of them even retrieved a tweezer and helped remove a stinger after one of us was strangely stung by a bee. It sure it’s 5 star, but feels more than 4. We would definitely go back.

Great location with stunning views at sunset. There are also sun beds on offer but we didn’t look into that yet. It wasn’t quite a 4 star for me, my wife’s food in particular was disappointing. My catch of the day “Red Snapper” was very nice though. We waited a while to order, at least 15 minutes, at a time when there was only 3 tables seated. I noticed our neighbours were also “given ample time to consider the menu too”. I’d visit again for sure, as 3 star is still good in my ratings world.

The Fish Pot was our favourite restaurant during our 2 weeks in Barbados. We went 3 times for lunch and the food was exceptional every time, as was the service. Our final meal of octopus, fish of the day and crème brûlée was sublime.

This is my favorite restaurant on the island! The sunset views are breathtaking, the service is wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing. I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our experience.

The coconut bread pudding is the best dessert I’ve ever had… its an absolute must try. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Has a great dinner for 4 here. Didn’t have a reservation but luckily a party had just cancelled and we had the private table area. We shared the Scorched Burrata starter. While it was delicious it was tiny. Essentially 1 bite per person.
For dinner we had the Catch of the Day, Fish & Chips, Thai Curry & the Barramundi. All were good selections.
The service was wonderful and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definitely come back.
