Was a bit frustrated this morning by the amount of ice and lack of drink in my coffee. I took less than 10 small sips. Would have asked for a remake but I failed to check my drink before driving off. Normally have quick service, drinks correctly made, and good customer service. 5 stars as I’m a frequent flyer and have regular good experiences.

I come there every night to this Dunkin and ask for a fresh black coffee around the times of 12am-1am and its either a young woman working at night or a young man. The young man always have a problem with making sure I receive a fresh cup and I always leave and have to go back because he lied and said the coffee was just made fresh. I was told I’m generally the only one that does come this late and request a hot coffee so I never understand why he is the only one that has a problem making sure it’s fresh for me. Today I was so feed up that I drove all the way back to request a refund which is something I never done before at any Dunkin!!!!

This has always been my go to Dunkin they are usually super sweet and everything is right but when I went earlier today the girl on the headset was extremely rude and did a dramatic sigh when I started ordering, then I ordered two of the bacon loaded hash-browns and neither came with bacon on them. Normally I would just let it go but the past couple times I have went my orders have been messed up some form or another.

SLLOOOOWWW!!!! At present waiting for a bagel in a parking spot reserved for Dunkin to have my simple order brought out. During a previous visit, I walked in, ordered and they forgot my order of one (1) coffee. Went up to the counter and asked again and still had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The place wasn’t busy.

Great crew working here. I placed a pre-order for a group event, to be picked up early the next day. It was ready right on time with excellent quality. I watched the staff and they were a well oiled machine, even in the busy chaos of a morning coffee/donut shop.

I’ve been shorted on my coffee the last three times I’ve been there. As if $5.85 Isn’t enough. When you ask for a large, you expect to get a large, not a large with medium coffee. The kid behind the counter told me he could put more ice in it though I guess that’s their way of getting a full drink

Constantly my order is wrong, even when it’s only just a drink or two! All their response is, is my bad. I understand the job can be stressful but how does it happen every single time? I do Mobile order so I don’t have to run inside yet I’ve had to go through both the drive thru and inside at both times for them to get it right. Most the time when I get food they forget to give to me fully of forget half my order.

Not sure the point of ordering ahead with the app.When you still have to sit in the long line of cars to pick up, they really need to figure out the kinks in that system to cater to the customers that the company is encouraging customer to use for faster ordering and pick up. Otherwise the service was polite and my food and coffee was hot
