Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of this Waffle House. You will see in the attached picture’s. Counter and other tables not clean. Floor had debris in multiple areas. The cooking/service floor was actually a safety issue for the employees and they could have slipped. Rat droppings all along the base of the counter area we sat at. Omelette was crispy. Service was quick and place was not busy. We sat at 12:50pm and paid by 1:15pm. Only reason we gave service a 3 was because we witnessed Zezeke at least I believe was his name. He was publicly lectured in a very loud and humiliating way by another team member that should have been done behind the scenes not where all the customers can hear the girl lecture him for whatever may have happened. It was not cool to hear or witness. Cost was a plus. We spent $20 for two on food and beverage plus a $4 tip. We never got refills on drinks either. Both my wife and I were turned off by the cleanliness, quality of food, and service. It’s not the same place my wife and I used to visit. We do not recommend eating here.

Do yourself a favor, and just go to the one in canton south. 3 times IN A ROW my to go orders have been incorrect after physically ordering it at the register and waiting for it. Ive personally had to tell the servers and cooks that it was wrong while they were cooking it multiple times and still never got it right. I look forward to waffle house when im in town and its been such a let down every time. Food is never right, staff is EXTREMELY rude even after greeting them, they rush you through your order so fast that you don’t even get everything you want, and then are disrespectful after arguing with you about your order being wrong until they look at their own handwriting. Do better.

Go to waffle Houses around the country. Service was terrible. 1.5 hours to get my food, very sad the waitress was having a bad night!! The cleanliness was bad . Picture to prove it

Writing this as I sit here. Terrible service there was barely anyone in here and it took our server forever to get out drinks. Then we ordered they messed up my order and then burnt the waffle and it had a hair in it. After asking for the correct toast I had to ask for toast a second time and they forget it. I received my toast after all my other food was cold and about gone. They ruined my breakfast! Arlington location is the best! Maybe my waitress should of practiced more of what her job is and less of her fake persona.

A full 3 stars for peak waffle house. Team chem was off the charts dry comedy, but they were understaffed and both obviously too used to it. They were open, the food was edible, and they were at the least not unfriendly. 3/3 ⭐

Typically I wish Waffle Houses were a little cleaner, but this one was overall pretty good! Everyone is typically very nice at this WH location…& the food and coffee were excellent!

We had frozen hash browns. The toast was black and the waffle was not cooked all the way thru.
Our waitress never refilled drinks, asked how the food was or if we needed anything. She had the poor cook waiting on people and cooking at the same time. They only had 5 people along with the two of us. She couldn’t have been overwhelmed. I will never go back to this Waffle House in North Canton Ohio again. So please save your money and go somewhere else.

Waffle House was what you’d we expect. Pretty basic and cheap- isn’t that why we go there, though? Great staff. Fast and polite waitresses. For the price- IT CAN’T BE BEAT! Thank you!

Great overall experience staff read as genuine and are generally attentive even if busy food is priced in a way I would call fairly and its a generally clean location overall theres nothing you could find here that you could complain about the food is classic diner and great for breakfast in particular.
