So, I give 5s for various reasons. Ultimately, did they exceed expectations? Yup, they did. The food was outstanding. Very high quality chicken wings! Homemade bread. Service was a 10 and not a 5 at all. The locals keep the door swinging. Bring cash to save a bit.

Service was fast! Wings were on point. Only suggestion is to maybe label the condiments as Blue Cheese and Ranch look alike from the container. If you pay with cash it’s cheaper, card payments are few dollars extra.

Always busy when I pass it, and locals recommend it. I had a Stromboli with ham, pepperoni, and cheese. I also had the strawberry sangria for the Strawberry Festival, and it was delicious! My friend had the spiedie sub. On another visit my friend had the chicken parm. The portion was huge and she loved the flavor. I had meat ravioli parmigiana, which was good. I like how you get a side salad and that’s delicious bread and a cookie with your meal.

As a local I have grown to really love this place. The food is great, particularly the homemade bread which they pretty much serve with everything. We love to eat on the bar side because it’s a little quieter. Speaking of bars, Darcy and Derek make the best dirty martinis in town. We usually don’t get the pizza but I did have it the other day when someone brought one to work and it was to die for. Everyone is friendly, and very accommodating if you want to add something to a dish, etc. We usually go there around once a week or so and I can’t imagine Owego without it!

Ordered at quarter of 6 for delivery only to have the delivery person arrive at 7 with part of the order. They then said they would be right back with the missing items and they didn’t come back until 8pm. Our food overall came cold and disgusting. We spend a lot at Originals and tip well and I just have higher standards for service than what we’ve been getting. Think I’ll start making my own pizza again.

Brad was awesome. I am a wine snob and he offered me a wine list and offered to open a new bottle which he recommended. It was just what I wanted and it was wonderful to feel so accommodated! Also, the food is amazing! Derek the bartender is also a rockstar! Great place!

I typically treat my family once a month to pizza and we had a tradition of ordering it from originals, they used to be so good. The past few months or longer they have quickly gone down hill. The pizza is terrible typically under cooked when I called and said I had doughy pizza I was told I should have ordered it extra crispy. You can’t call with a complaint without it turning into something you should have done and they give you the bare minimum to make up for it and you spend an arm and a leg to get anything anymore. The price is going up and the quality is going down. Our food is never fresh when it arrives and we typically have it delivered right down the road from them to avoid having our trying to go along for just a quick trip. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I’ve tried to have my issues resolved with the head manager and he’s always REAL pleasant to work with. This is what they specialize in you wouldn’t think it would be asking to much to get what you ordered, delivered made correctly and tasting right. Mario’s will be getting our monthly order. One time is forgivable multiple times is not especially with how it’s handled and I never call and nag.

Excellent food. Over from Ithaca for a tournament. Meatball parmisain, steak special, spaghetti, ravioli. Very good including the canoli. Prices $9-13 but filled us up. Very friendly staff and clean

My family and I have been coming here for years whenever we are in town visiting. It’s a spot that we always love coming too and enjoying lunch or dinner. Service is always wonderful and friendly. Food comes out in a good time. Food has always been delicious when we’ve gone. Today was my first time trying the cannoli and to my surprise the shell was nice and crisp a nice crunch. I was worried that it was going to be soft and stale. The cannoli was fully filled. I’m not too sure if they made them there or get it from a local bakery. I’m actually meant to ask but forgot. From pizza, pasta, sandwiches, calzones, wings just about everything is always fabulous.
