Disgusting. There was paper in the quarter pounder. My son stopped by after his bball game at JV. This is what he came home to. Just can’t believe it. I know this is fast food but dang, have some pride in your work and food handling. Just nasty. I hope this gets to the corporate office. This is the reason why I don’t usually like my children to eat at fast foods places. But he went with his friends.

They have a manager there or shift supervisor whatever she calls herself, that has the worst customer service.She’s very argumentative , she won’t let the customer have the last word she’s awful and as soon as I find a number to the corporate office to report her , i’m going to report I’m going to report her.She also said that when she got the order from Uber Eats that said to hold the meat off of the big Mac, I looked at my original receipt, and it did not say that.Why would you buy a big Mac and hold the meat?I think she was lying.I think they messed up and she lied about it horrible

How do you charge extra for lettuce and sauce but won’t give a discount for removed condiments? This location is horrible. Not a single person in the drive through and the manager ask me to pull into a parking spot to wait to be served. If I wanted to park I would have chose to dine in. Never visiting this location again. This place is a SCAM!
UPDATE: Followed the link below posted by McDonald’s, nothing happened. I am going to stop eating McDonald’s altogether.

Bought a mcgriddle and did not place the sausage on one of the sandwich , which i paid for it i should get it, no napkins with 5 sandwichs and 6 hashbrowns all stuck to the paper and Mail box is full so can’t tell them what they missed or how the meal was, don’t answer the phone. Cant leave voice-mail, so i will leave a review.Not good service at all

Waited 30 minutes for mobile order just to get 1 5 dollar meal deal. Was given food and left without being able to check what I had in case anything was missing. I had no drink, and they were missing a side order of fries. I go in the store and another set of customers were already complaining about waiting for over 30 minutes without their food while in-store. So I said forget it and left. Used to be an average McDonalds years back but now they mess up every single order. Not to mention a month back I received a burger with no meat??? I didn’t customize it in any way. I’m done with this McDonalds that’s for sure. I’ll even include a picture I took as proof. Today they forgot the sauce, the drink, an order of fries, and I waited that long just for that? Plus the fries I ended up getting tasted sour, what’s going on in there?

I’m going to be honest …. I’ve been going to this McDonalds for years and every time I purchase food from here I have a bad experience. Either the drive through takes longer then any other McDonalds I’ve gone too … the drive through menu is busted ( both ) .. my order is never 100 % accurate… the owner should definitely look into improving the management and the way this business operates… yet I’m still stopping by because I love McDonalds!!

Extremely poor service. The staff seemed completely untrained and unable to handle anything. For a business at this price point, the lack of professionalism is embarrassing. A kindergarten kid can probably be a better worker than majority of the employees

This place scammed my kids on their happy meal toys. I was told it was the changeables but they threw in older toys from previous happy meals that were not popular. Sent them a complaint and was just told they’d look into it. Sure they will.

This McDonald’s has absolutely turned garbage. The manager is rude, the staff are rude and everytime I come through the drive through the people taking my order are always hostile especially the manager. People who work there have unnecessary attitude, no patience and don’t care about their tone with customers. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is poor, staff are constantly being passive and I don’t ever feel like I’m getting good service from anyone because it’s always been an inconvenience for them to help out on my order when there’s a mistake.
