Went there tonight. Ordered a 2 patty cheeseburger, talked with a guy at the counter, that I had seen online that they put some fries in the bag even if you don’t order fries. He told me nope so I ordered a small fries. Came in a 8 oz cup, a few spilled over into the bottom of the bag but really not very many. The cheeseburger was good, not really special though. The fries were mediocre. No drink, out the front door to the tune of $16 plus. Save yourself a trip, get yourself a double quarter pounder meal, you’ll like it better, and it comes with a drink, and saves you almost 4 bucks.

My husband ask every time after we leave drive by and It’s definitely improved. This was my recent visit in what appears to be based on my last review 8 yrs!

I do like how you can build your burger and all adds aren’t extra costs.
Start with the size you want, cheese or bacon and then toppings, I love the grilled onions, mushrooms and jalapeño choices!
We only get a reg size fries for 2 and it’s perfect size for us.
The restaurant was clean and food was ready quickly. Glad I finally said fine, let’s stop

(2017 review) There was food on the floor. 3 staff went on break while we were there.

Can’t get milk or cheese ( from the deli) because it’s bad within a day or two even though the dates are good. Our area NEEDS Market Basket or Hannaford desperately!

By far, my favorite Five Guys. Every time I come in, I’m greeted by friendly staff and the smell of burgers and fries. The place is well kept and the food is always cooked fresh. But the real stars of this place are the staff. I don’t know who trains them, but they keep a positive attitude and genuinely want to do a good job. Take today. My wife casually mentioned their ketchup dispenser was out. Now, they had plenty of ketchup packets so it wasn’t a big deal. However, they took the time to come out and refill. Granted it wasn’t busy, but we appreciated the act all the same for they didn’t need to do that. I hope the company recognizes this location as a whole as one of their best with particular attention to the workers who run it. Thanks Keene Five Guys!

Service is always great. They’re super quick.

The fries don’t seem to be quite as good as they used to be, maybe they aren’t adding as much salt. Either way, the burgers always hit the spot.

Ehh it’s like they don’t really want customers…there’s like 5 people standing around doing nothing, nobody sanitizing tables or sweeping one employee went to the bathroom 4X in 10 minutes lol nobody says a simple Hello kind of wierd and the fries were leftover fries refried lol

My partner bought a burger. I did love the burgers, so hence, this burger was thin (in places you could see through it) and small. The buns were uncooked. My partner didn’t see the grill sizzling with heat. Sadly it was tasteless. I had to recook it and add flavors and grill the buns. I am sad to say it was not a great experience. All for $7.87…

Five Guys falls somewhere between a dedicated burger restaurant, like Red Robin, and the “deluxe” burger at any fast food burger place. Your burger is made to order with a selection of maybe 20 toppings. You have the option to order your burger without a bun, for a saving of 240 calories.

The French fries are very good, but greasy. The potatoes are not peeled, so whatever nutritional value that survives the frying makes it to you.

There are boxes of roasted peanuts in the shell, free for the taking.

Prices are fair. Service is a little slow.

The down side is that the restaurant was dirty. In more than a half hour, we saw only one person making a half-hearted effort to sweep and clean the tables.

And, maybe, they should consider using something other than brown paper bags to serve up their food.
