This place literally screws up my order every single time. Its easy to blame it on the young people that work there but given how often it happens to me I’m putting it on management. Two McDoubles w/no pickles. I get one with none and the other with them. Into the garbage it went. Also the buns were old and stale. I know its fast food but that was barely ediible. Won’t go to this particular location again

This place cannot be considered fast food as I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. The customer service here is non existent as I asked several team members on the status of my meal and no one seemed to care or help at all. When we did receive the food, it was missing items and the slushee was half melted, leading me to believe the food was just sitting around before they could be bothered to bring it out. Cannot recommend this McDonalds less.

Multiple, Multiple, Multiple times waiting for over 20+ minutes for food. Get home and orders are almost always wrong. Then i bring it back and dont offer anything in return for my wasted time! Other than a re make of what was ordered. Found a bug in the box when I opened it a few months ago. Place has been going down hill! Used to be great and quick orders.

I love this McDonald’s. I haven’t had a problem in 3+ years visiting it. I like how well everyone treats their customers, and how precise they are with the orders. Definitely your best bet in West York!
Added to my review: I love how they take into consideration all the countries around the world when decorating (see pictures). My favorite so far has been their Christmas decorations that included information about Christmas in countries around the world, with a little centerpiece in each table with a different country and how they celebrate Christmas. When you walked in, you were greeted by a decoration with stars that had “Merry Christmas” written in a LOT of languages. Also, their Christmas tree with a distinctive item for the Christmas season in each country (sadly, I forgot to take a picture of it). Every decoration so far has been so thoughtful, that when I go to any other McDonald’s I feel something is missing. Thank you for making our experience more enjoyable!

Everytime I go to this location using the driveway it’s a long time waiting in line then we have to wait around 29 mins more for food I definitely will never come back here again!!!! If you don’t have fast food ready what’s the point???

Last night I had possibly the worst food I have ever had from any McDonald’s in my life, with the exception of downtown George street McDonald’s. Fries mushy and barely cooked disgusting. My youngest daughter ate a chicken McNugget that was raw on the inside and threw up. Today we are sick with a stomach illness because of this non cooked food. Now I regret even getting McDonald’s because I usually don’t eat it. Had to apologize to my daughter a thousand times. Usually don’t have an issue with this McDonald’s but after this experience I will never come back.
