Pulled up to the drive-through window and nobody answered me. They were definitely open. It is 9 o’clock and they’re supposed to close at 11 and I don’t know if they didn’t have enough people at work but this place sucks please never come here.

This location was awful. Sadly, today was the first time I was going to try the new smash burger. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, only to drive off. Horrendous service and I will not go to this location ever again. If one of my associates had a customer waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru, all of them would be terminated immediately. Shame on Sonic for such poor customer service.

I asked for lite ice for my strawberry limeade and they fill it up 3/4 of the way full of ice it had to be outta spite because the girl who took my order repeated my order to me and said “ strawberry limeade lite ice” When the kid was making it he was laughing and two other employees came out of there way to come look at me at the drive through widow also laughing. When I got home I poured out the liquid into a cup and kept the ice it was literally half a cup of drink. I didn’t drink it cus I thought they might have done something to it because they were laughing.

Order wt Uber eats, food looking like someone had to try it for me! And on top It was Burn. Call the number of customers service, the lady didn’t even ask me for my chk # I had to tell her. Bad business in a $71 order. This was a small family dinner that and we choose this place out of hundreds in Uber eats.

Ordered 3 large blasts…. they came about 3/4 full. And the toppings were wrong… not what we ordered. Couldn’t tell which hot dog was which. (Had different condiments under the chili and cheese. )

What a way to start my day. I decided to eat French Toast sticks at this location. I was told by the cashier they was out of French toast. Instead I ordered this, thankful that I was looking to add mayo to my sandwich and saw this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. Please make sure you check your food carefully.

Don’t even go there unless you like standing around being ignored for 20 minutes while the employees loiter around their friend and families vehicles, while pretending they are understaffed. Although they find plenty of time to handle their personal relationships outside while not working. Couldn’t even place and order let alone get served. If you can’t serve the costumers coming to your establishment you should just close for that day or permanently.
