The nice, courteous drive-thru cashier that I usually encounter was not present 10/31/25. I had to repeat my order twice. She repeated it back to me, told me I had to pull up to wait for my order. And I still didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for double bacon and received sausage. Of course I was when I discovered this after biting into it at work. And it was too late to drive back, so I had sausage.
On a previous lunch visit, I sat at the speaker after being told to hold then watched as another person’s order at the next speaker began to be taken. So I drove on around. The guy apologized for forgetting me and took my order.

Consistently gross, the food was somehow ice cold, missing the items I asked for and saturated in mayo, and I asked for no mayo. It’s like they added extra intentionally. I got food from here once back in April and it was bad in the same way, I thought I’d try one more and regret it

I was so mad when I cashed in all my crowns I had left for a double whopper that they didn’t put the cheese on, the meat tasted steamed and the lettuce was the yellow chunky pieces that taste like shish shish shame on them up until then..they always made really good fresh hot food! The customer service is always great, in fact, many times I had to wait for my food and they would always put extra things in my bag ! But that all changed for some reason, someone in there is cooking poorly and that is bad! I haven’t been back sense! It was a complete turn off to Burger King food!

I order a whopper and the chicken spicy sandwich both sandwiches did not look good at all . I threw my whopper out it’s was ice cold both I didn’t even get two minutes before I felt that it was cold now I have to warm my food up. Placed an order via instacart for the buy 1 get 1 free whopper. Upon delivery there was only one whopper in the bag. When I called the store a female answeres the phone and stated I needed to take it up with door dash. Then proceeded to say “well what do you want me to do about it” as she hangs up the phone. I called back to speak with manager and had to go back and forth about how many sandwiches were in the sealed bag. What happened to good customer service??? If you don’t know how to handle people, don’t work with the public. Manager stated he was busy with other customers. So I guess the only important customer is the one standing in front of them.

I understand that finding workers in today’s economy is tough, but owners and managers still need to take responsibility for the people they hire. I witnessed someone—who seemed to be in charge—smoking a cigarette outside, then coming back in to prepare food without washing their hands. Absolutely unacceptable!

Man them whoppers was hitting on something no lie the service is A1. The restaurant is clean I got my food quickly an everything was fresh. Everybody on staff was laughing smiling a making sure tht everybody that left had some of there smiles and laughs too.

I pulled up early in the morning and I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with no cheese. A egg and cheese croissant and an orange juice. I repeated no cheese on the one with sausage and I got cut off by the rude employee and she told me she heard me and proceeded to repeat my order to me. I pull up and this girl got AirPods in. I drove off and she forgot my orange juice and didn’t put cheese on my egg and cheese croissant. What ima do with just egg and bread. I was bout to turn around and make a scene but I was already running late. She need to be demoted to dumpster cleaner so she can wear her AirPods in peace and not ruin peoples mornings.

I had the impossible burger for the first time. The Manager was great! She asked the staff to make my order fresh. I didn’t mind the wait. It was well worth it. The area is still sketchy but it getting better.
