NOT SO FAST FOOD. I went in to grab a fry and apple pie needless to say I left without either. When I first came in there were a large group of people waiting on their orders. It was ridiculous! A guy said to me seeing as though I had on my uniform ” we’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes.” I asked him “what’s going on?” He stated, “they’re just taking their time. A young lady that was growing impatient called out to the cashier and the cashier (the one in the grey cardigan) ignored her. When I asked her before I decide to order “how long will a fry and pie take?” She laughed and I told her, “I didn’t find anything funny about how poorly the service was.” I left without making a purchase along with several other people costing this location a loss of revenue. Sadly the ones that had already paid were still waiting. Whomever owns this location needs to peek in on your employees they’re costing you money. Pictures provided below, I told the ones who faces were clear I’d block it out. But those are the employees and look how many orders are just sitting there on the preparation counter without any urgency to get those orders to your paying customers .

I ordered two $5 meals.. After paying, they told me to wait in front of the door, which caused traffic, and I wasn’t the only one told to do that. I waited 20 minutes before going inside, just to be told they were “waiting on fresh fries.”

While I was asking about my order, the manager in the back had a nasty, snappy attitude and complained about customers “coming in about fries.” This isn’t the first time she also argued with my friends grandmother before over cold food.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and makes the whole location look bad. Corporate needs to handle this ASAP!!!

I went around 10pm there were no cars in the drive through. I ordered, paid, then was asked to park at the front door to wait for my food (I ordered only a double cheeseburger no pickle no onion and a large fry). I waited 10 mins then the worker came to the car with a bacon quarter pounder and said “it’s the wrong order we’ll remake it”. No apology. I waited 10 more mins then drove back around the drive through, again nobody was in line. I asked for a refund, the manager at the window obliged nonchalantly. She did not apologize for me waiting an extended amount of time with no cars. When I attempted to tell her about my experience she said “well we we’re in the process of remaking your food but you getting a refund so…” No apologies no clear communication as to why the forever long wait. Extremely poor customer service

Terrible. My food is disgusting. They put me in the drive thru waiting spit for 15 minutes and brought me, what looks like, a chewed up quarter pounder. I regret every time I go here.

fries were undercooked and soggy??? burger was fine. Chicken nuggets were cold and soggy.
dont know how proper food regulations never take place anywhere, not even McDonald’s, school, restaurants, no one knows how to cook properly.

Store itself is nice
The employees not so much not a very welcoming environment
Every order has an issue(you’re lucky if it’s only 1) and the fries at this location are always burnt and brown like they never change the grease or dont have a timer
Prices are too high nowadays for the quality of the food to be so bad and to get an attitude with it
Edited – Pictures are 2 different visits each the same horrible quality

After numerous bad services at MAD-Donald’s, I promised myself during 1980 I would never eat the lowest quantity food or enter McDonalds again in my lifetime. I Don’t break promises made to myself, for bad relationships don’t get better, just fester. I won’t go back for more madness ever.

Slow as anything in the morning . They had a car infront of me holding the line up waiting for food while all I was waiting for was a coffee. I had left because I was waiting 10 minutes in a line that was not moving . BREAKFAST TIME SUCKS GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY “fast” food at this time
