Used dirty fingers to pick up fries and hash-browns bites to put in containers without gloves or tongs.
went through drive thru at 12:32am and after i payed at the second window i watched the employee grab a fist full of who hash bites and put them in a fry bag. then wipe her hands off and touch a screen, then grab a first full of fries and put them in a fry bag. i asked if her hands were clean when she went to hand me my order and she gave me a funny look. then i said i would like a refund and her supervisor came to the window and asked why and i told her the reason. she then told me that she used the fry scoop to do it. when i told the supervisor that i had a clear view of what she did, she said “oh okay” then gave me a refund. gross

Terrible service, the team got my order wrong after I confirmed the order 3 times at the window. They seem more concerned about up selling then getting your order correct. Also seem to be a family ran franchise without diversity.

This location is not open 24 hours. App accepted online order at 3am but drive thru was blocked and doors locked. App says overnight menu is available to 4am but in the past what they actually will make is even more limited than menu seems to be.
Apparently, refunds are not processed immediately.

Wanted 13 minutes in drive thru before they took my order. Then took my order and told me they don’t have hot mustard sauce. Like that’s the whole entire reason I order anything is for the hot mustard. I dunk everything in hot mustard. This is going on a year since you have not offered it and that’s terrible to lead people on thinking they can get any sauces McDonald’s offers at any restaurant except trunk road I. Sault Ste. Marie where they just decided “no hot mustard for customers”. Like way to ruin nuggets for those who actually prefer hot mustard to any other sauce offered. Do better.

Wheelchair accessible washroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. Had to txt my wife to get staff to bring to me. I am a wheelchair user. ♿️ The parking is horrible as the ramp is in the parking spot, not the delineated area. A car with no disability parking permit blocked the ramp completely, and I had to wait for them to leave to get to my vehicle. We stopped here as we generally hope McDonald’s is fairly accessible and seldom are disappointed, and this is one of those times. There are no automatic door buttons. This is not the most major issue, but it is a problem that needs resolving.

Reposting my complaint because it is hidden from my other email to the public (I have a great profession, however when I work with Door dash and Uber on my free time, I have encountered this male shift leader(SACHIN) and he consistently is disrespectful & lacks professionalism during communicating with me and other drivers. Tonight specifically, after 15 minutes, he refused to come to the window to inform us of what is taking long and when he approached us, he threatened to take the bell as if we are children that needs punishing. He eventually took the bell and when I personally requested stating “Could you please put the bell back” to be used for its purpose which is communication, he stated “I will put it when I have to”. Multiple drivers have put in complaints regarding this specific individual, However the Mcdonald hasn’t done anything YET. Even tonight, multiple drivers put in complaints together as he showed hostility. Teach him professional tonality in terms of communicating with drivers and customers. He professionally should not represent McDonald’s.I HOPE THIS BRINGS MCDONALD’s ATTENTION…

This was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve went to with the staff being very impolite, and the service was terrible. I was paying with cash and all the staff were ignoring me and doing all the online orders. One of the staff members was cursing a lot at her co-workers. The bathrooms were disgusting with water all over the floor and the toilet was full of I don’t know what. The only good thing was the food.
