Very clean!!! Wait time was a but xtra drive threw was busy I went inside. Overall the food was outstanding. The ticket item menu everything is like 2$ the nachos and grilled chicken fold with the red nacho sauce inside is so good. Long as its hot!!!

Very displeased with my experience. I ordered 2 stackers add potatoes, I get home there is no meat . The ai lady at the order taker was not working properly I assume. We could not see the order. The lady at the window was rude and didn’t verify the order . She took my card and handed me a bag. I get home check everything it was incorrect. I bring the items back that were wrong and the manager on the speaker didn’t want to fix the issue. I asked for a remake as I was hungry and worked all day . He asked me to pull to the window and I did . I handed the items to the same lady and she gave them to him . He sent out the food . I checked it before I left and there was hardly no meat . The shredded cheese was not melted. I will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN. Very disappointed.

There was no one in the front, whatsoever and the drive through person would just glance at us without one word. After about 8 min. We started loudly asking for some assistance.
The lady said we would have to use the kiosk. I told her we were paying with cash and had never used it before and recently had a cornea transplant that was unsuccessful therefore I have no depth perception. She stated that I would have to use the kiosk or go through the drive through.
I was very disappointed. I at least would have expected someone to offer to help me through the process, but no one did. Two other customers who also had never used the machine came to my rescue and one even paid for my meal.
This was definitely something that I do not want happening in my place of business. As I am writing this review I look at our receipt to add the cashiers name that had to take our cash and was shocked to see that ….my anger

Music is overwhelmingly loud and all crappy covers of popular songs. Waited 30 minutes for 3 spicy potato tacos. Bathrooms are locked and you have to wait for a manager to unlock them. Absolutely awful experience.

Over the years the only constants with this spot is obscene wait times, food being cold with unmelted cheese (barely heated cantina quesidilla pic for example), and someone on staff being high or drunk. If you can go further to another Taco Bell then it’s worth it.

Did an online order. After picking my order up I went home to eat my meal. Opening the wrapping on my burrito I discovered my burrito was torn upon one side, really bad then I realized I had no sour cream on it, that I paid extra for. Really disappointed!

My order was very simply 3 soft shell beef tacos with sour cream and jalapeño. All 3 were give a table spoon of sour cream and 2-3 jalapeños. 1 taco seemed more like a vegetarian taco with no beef at all and had tomatoes on it. Seriously how do you mess up tacos?
