The service was kind, laid back, and friendly.
The establishment was clean and well kept.
We hadn’t been to O’Charley’s in a couple of years, so we thought we’d give them another try.
We ordered the smash burger, mac n cheese, loaded potato, and a bowl of potato soup.
The smash-burger was ok, but just ok.
We know its not a 5-star restaurant, so our expectations were adjusted appropriately.
However, the food…what have they done to the food!?
The baked potato soup was so bland that the only thing of flavor was the bread we stuffed in it. Ive honestly had tastier broth.
The loaded potato was warm, tasted like a potato & had a few toppings but it, too, was underwhelming.
The Mac n Cheese? Where to start!? It was NASTY. It tasted mostly of salt, not cheese. The texture was rubbery. And, it wasn’t gooey, but runny.
There’s no fault to be had at the restaurant itself or with the staff. But someone at corporate and especially at corporate dining services needs to AT LEAST taste the food they’re putting out. Not everything is about speed or economy. It was HORRIBLE. We couldn’t eat it. And we were hungy!

The chicken strip dinner was terrible. The chicken strips were very small. They were dry & really didn’t have any flavor. O Charley’s used to have the best strips of any restaurant. KFC & Hardee’s have better strips. The quality of your food is not up to par. 2 people iny home had these dinners & she felt the same way.

The greatest restaurant in every way the food service and friendly atmosphere made our time absolutely amazing. Ask for Marlie she was the greatest server and bar tender very bubbly and new her job to the fullest. She was on the ball with our food and all our needs. Thank you a great dining experience

We are Gallatin Tennessee for the glass show that we stopped by this place for dinner. My wife had the California salad (grilled chicken, bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges and dried cranberries with our Balsamic Vinaigrette). She said it was excellent and I had a bit of it and I agree.
I had the grilled chicken breast with sides of asparagus and rice pilaf. It was two chicken breast nicely seasoned and for the most part well cooked. I like the asparagus, but wasn’t overjoyed with the rice. Maybe I don’t know what pilaf is supposed to taste like, but I found it a bit mushy and bland.
We both love the yeast rolls and as the waiter to bring another set of four.
Our server was excellent – attentive and helpful.

First time at O’Charleys and Piper and Lyric were our servers. A definite 5 starts for their service and how friendly they both were. The food was good, the warm bread basket was delicious. Will come back to check out their happy hour menu which looked good.

Gallatin Tn location. Management FAILURE. Told it was a 20 minute, not a problem, we wait and then they tried to put 7 of us in a booth. Plenty of tables but terribly understaffed. That’s a management issue. In the Bible Belt you absolutely MUST plan for the after church crowd. 1 server for each area is not enough. Went next door to Logan’s and was seated immediately and ordered within 10 minutes.

Very standard restaurant. It had decent food. The chicken tenders were really good and crispy! They had a good honey mustard as well. The fries were okay. Not as crispy as they could and should have been.
The service was pretty good. They came by a few times to refill drinks and made sure I was fairly well taken care of.
The atmosphere was okay. It was a huge space with not very many people there. However, they have trivia on Tuesdays that’s really fun and very few people were there as well, so every team won a gift card. First place even gets $50 so that is awesome! Definitely a great thing to take advantage of.

Ate at O’ Charley’s yesterday evening (Jan. 9th). The young man who waited on us checked back often to see if we needed any thing & we appreciated his service.

The chicken tenders were so thin you could read a newspaper through them. The taste was good but the tenders have significantly shrank.

We went in not expecting much since we had not been in a long time. However, the new menu items and the service were outstanding. I had the smashburger and my husband had the ribeye. We both enjoyed our food.
