I don’t normally go to this location, but definitely never will again. My quesadilla was burnt. Why you would give that to a customer I will never know. But then customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried reaching out and first was stuck in their awful AI, Pepper. Then once I got out of AI to a person, they were even less helpful. No, I wouldn’t hear from the store, and well, I’m sorry it was “cooked to less than perfection.” Um, “less than perfection” is completely different from BURNT. Good luck reaching someone at the store about it – that won’t happen either. To add insult to injury, the salsa with the chips was less than half full. So it just overall was a total waste of money. Steer clear of this Chipotle location!
Added after reply from “owner”: My review even NOTES I tried that contact. I reference above where I say “customer service is absolutely horrible, I was stuck with their “awful AI” and then once I got out of the AI, and got to a person, the customer support person was less than helpful. THAT IS PROOF CHIPOTLE AS A CORPORATION DOES NOT CARE THAT THIS LOCATION SUCKS AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I filled out that form. I can bet I won’t be hearing back. Corporate won’t address it, because they honestly don’t care that this location is giving them a black eye. (look at all the other bad reviews). I know where to take my hard earned money, and it sure will not be there.

Absolutely unacceptable today. I am not type of person that ever leaves a bad review , been to this Chipotle quite a few times, it’s just never consistent out of cheese lettuce tortillas no ice in the machine, place was filthy and have five people working and it was not busy compared to how Chipotle usually is Definitely need new management here and we’re not polite when we ask can we use cheese from the online orders they said they couldn’t but still charging full price for everything. Don’t recommend this Chipotley.

I asked if I could use more than one of my rewards in the same order. I was told “I’m not sure you can try,” so I tried to add three. The third rewards coupon did not work.
So, I asked for any coupons to be removed so that I could add the one that I want. She looked like a deer in the headlights repeatedly telling me not all of the coupons are being added and that she can’t add more. So, I kept politely asking for her to remove any coupons in different ways, hoping she would finally understand.
Another lady from a different section jumped in with “Listen to me. You cannot add more.” I politely interjected. She said “No, listen. Listen you cannot add more than one coupon per entre.”
Lady.
You needed to stay in your lane. If YOU had LISTENED or stayed in your lane you would have realized I was asking for the opposite of what you called yourself interjecting and lecturing me on in front of a whole bunch of people while holding up the line.
As soon as YOU LISTENED you realized you had made a foul of yourself.
And, when I looked at my partner after the coupons were finally removed you said “don’t make that face I wasn’t trying to be rude or mean.”
You should have stayed in your lane or listened.
And no, you don’t get to tell me I’m not allowed to facially express my frustration with your attitude with someone else. I was polite the entire time. You were not.
Update: I checked the receipt. The reason the third rewards coupon wasn’t added as she said it would was because they didn’t add the third entre to the order.
They lost out. Had they not been so focused on lecturing me they would have noticed their mistake.
Let this be a lesson for you.

I’ve had repeated issues at this location with inconsistent portions and poor customer service. When I ask for extra food, I’m given a hard time, yet I’m still charged full price for what’s supposed to be an extra portion. The attitude feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruins the experience. If you’re charging for extra food, it should actually be provided without attitude. I won’t be returning, and I hope Chipotle addresses staff training and portion consistency at this location.

I went w my friend a few days ago to get bowls and with my order, i always get sofrita bc i don’t eat meat. The woman that was working there (looks around 40 years old) scrapes the empty sofrita container and says in a bitchy tone “we’re all out. There’s veggie” and she rolls her eyes. I awkwardly say “okay veggie” but it’s not what i really want and my friend speaks for me “how long will it take to make fresh sofrita” and the old lady cuts her off and says “20 minutes”. She clearly looks and sounds irritated so we say we’ll wait. We’re waiting by the back, talking about how rude she was, and even though we said we’d wait, we ended up leaving and going to another chipotle location where a bunch of teenagers worked and their customer service was A LOT better. Mind u we went at around 6-7 pm so it wasn’t like we were there right before close. Also their portions ARE ALWAYS SMALL. I’d recommend the Oaklawn location, they never skimp out on the scoops. Also the old lady gave an ugly stare as me and my friend drove away. Idk what was her deal, but she was very rude off the bat. To the old white woman, here’s a tip: when someone wants something that u ran out of, you can politely say “sorry we don’t have any at the moment, it’ll take about 20 minutes to make :)” instead of rudely suggesting i eat whatever’s left, and rolling ur eyes.

Probably the stingiest chipotle I’ve been to. If their first scoop of portions would be the regular appropriate amount, no one would complain but to seriously get a pinch of lettuce and then get mad when I ask for a regular portion is not only rude but completely uncalled for. The chips are stale

The cheapest place I’ve ever visited. I have been to a lot of Chipotle Places and never felt disrespected by this location and to be exact the Hispanic young boy. I asked for a chicken bowl and he barely added rice which I didn’t make a big deal then I asked for chicken, he literally put half of the spoon. I asked him if he can add more since I’m paying for the bowl. I know I didn’t ask for extra. Guess what he did after I asked him??? He picked one small piece chicken yes one small piece and added it to the bowl. You feel he’s paying out of his pocket for it. I asked him, are you serious and his response was oh yes. Then I said well you can keep it and I walked away. This kind of employee shouldn’t be working in this place because I will never go back to this location ever again.

I come in here almost every day for lunch, never had issues with the people who work here. I corrected the manager on what kind of rice I wanted and she made it out to seem like I had some kind of attitude? OK? Lol cause I’m telling you I want brown rice and not white and you decide to make a scene out of it. Not suprised on the reviews as far as management now.

I have bee here for a few times!! What I have noticed that the person who is preparing your food looks afraid of giving you the right portion because the manager is looking at them to verify they don’t give too much ! Today I ordered two tacos and the beans you can count them they were 10 pieces ! And I asked why is only that ?? He was very nervous to answer me because one lady was looking at him !! This chipotles has very bad reviews!
