The restaurant has a beautiful, clean, and spacious atmosphere with well-organized seating that makes dining very comfortable. There is a wide variety of food to choose from, especially sushi and pot hot all you can eat, which is very worth it for big eaters since drinks are already included in the price.
The food quality is average but consistently replenished, so nothing runs out. The staff provide impressive service — attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic throughout the meal.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was filled with a strong exhaust/grease odor that lingered throughout the entire meal. It instantly took away from the atmosphere and made it difficult to enjoy the dining experience.
The food itself was extremely bland and lacked any real depth of flavor. For the high prices being charged, the quality and portion sizes are completely unjustified. Adding to that frustration is the mandatory 12% service charge, which comes across more like a forced tip rather than a gratuity earned through exceptional service.
We also participated in the social-media promotion offering a “premium” steak for sharing online. I specifically requested the steak medium, yet it arrived well done. The portion was shockingly small, overcooked, and had very poor flavor. Labeling this as a premium steak is misleading at best.
Between the offensive odor in the dining area, the flavorless food, inflated pricing, forced service charge, and the completely underwhelming steak promotion, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard. I left feeling overcharged, misled, and extremely unsatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting quality, value, or transparency.

Great experience! This unlimited seafood buffet with a huge variety of options. The seafood is very fresh — oysters, shrimp, crab, sushi, sashimi, and grilled dishes are all available. What makes it even more special is that they also serve hotpot and ramen, which is something you don’t usually find at buffets. Drinks are plentiful too, so there’s something for everyone.

Their extensive AYCE buffet features a vast variety of sushi, halal chicken dishes, and seafood galore!

If you like seafood you’ll love Umi. It may seem pricey but It’s not the typical buffet. It truly is a premium buffet – how many other buffets serve caviar? The dinner/weekend selection is more expansive but the weekday lunch buffet is easier on the budget. And delicious either way.

Id like say the food made it worth the trip, but NO! I genuinely did not enjoy any of my food. Nothing was hot except the hot pot.
The website photos were great, and maybe I have high standards. But for $39 pp, I expected excellence. Not to mention they charged my 11 year old as an adult!
Last they are proud to say ‘No Tip’ but they charge everyone 12%… its posted on the front door!
$92 for 2 people and Im now looking for a fresh dessert on my way home. If you see this, I suggest treat yourself to another dining experience! Also weekend prices during the week!

Value is my deciding factor in this rating. For $40 a person, I expected a higher quality of food. Service was good. The place is clean. There were issues with dish labeling, specifically with the dim sum sweet and savory being switched. The savory dim sum was 90% dough and tastless. The sushi was bland and it tasted as if they had left something out. I couldn’t tell the difference between the offerings. Some dishes were good. Our favorite was the braised pork belly. The hot pot was good and neat to have on the table, until they had to refill the broth and the all the mushrooms flavor disappeared. All in all for what you pay here I was expecting an elevated buffet experience and that was not delivered.
