I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by two very friendly employees KJ and Bobby. KJ was very kind and helpful when taking my order also letting me know that they had the sugar free caramel in that I’ve been waiting forever for, thank you KJ! Bobby was really nice great customer service from both of these gentlemen! Very charismatic! The drinks we’re great! Definitely recommend!

Just a 3 because the drive through got my drink wrong then instead of trying to fix it, they just used the same cup that already had caramel in it, that I didn’t order. So then had to go back inside to get my drink fixed.

Terrible customer service!! We usually place an order through the mobile app and every time we arrive at the expected completion time we have to wait 10+ minutes. They don’t even have the ordered started when you arrive at the expected time. That’s the whole point of placing a mobile order!!! “Mel” the employee had the worst attitude and very passive aggressive. I never have this problem with any other location, it’s literally just this location in particular. DO NOT waste your time at this location go to a different one! The employees are rude and terribly slow at their job. The employees act like this is their first week on the job. I don’t ever write a bad review on places but I’ve had countless of bad interactions at this location and want to warn others about it.

Be very very careful when you pick up your coffee. I received a damaged cup and the lid fell off burning my hand. The girl who took my order was great and the coffee is good, but I’m pretty frustrated over the cup.

It’s not the worst Starbucks in the area but it’s also not the best. Sometimes you can wait 30 seconds for your drink other times you can wait up to 15 minutes just beware.

Place is clean, staff is friendly. Music a bit too loud. Working on a laptop and I can hear the speakers over my headphones. Some of the tables look like they had their last clean a while ago. The fly keeps attacking the spot at my table with a piece of something that looks like tacos from cinco de mayo. Overall alright.

Idk what’s with this location, but there needs to be a little attention on the quality of the drinks, service, and the overall experience. This is Starbucks. I legit came and got some coffees, and one of them was halfway full. That’s a waste of money. I couldn’t turn around bc I was omw to work. This place just needs some focusing.
