I went to Philippe Chow for a friend’s birthday celebration and it was absolutely lovely. We did the Golden Tasting Experience and the food was delicious but what really stood out was the service. Our server’s name was Victor and there wasn’t a moment where our glasses were empty or that we needed anything. Victor and his team took great care of us. We were a party of 7 and Victor was very attentive and gladly accommodated our requests. This was the best service I’ve received in some time and I will definitely be returning and recommending Philippe Chow to friends and family, especially with Victor as their server.

Every dish was outstanding, making it difficult to choose a favorite. Our servers Camilo and Anderson went above and beyond—attentive without being overbearing, genuinely caring, and always right on time when we needed something.

10/5 stars! My wife and I went for date night and were incredibly satisfied by every aspect of this place! First – world class service from walking in to leaving! Julio was incredible and helped us pick between some favorites! We got the Bok Choi which was superb (highly recommend it) and the Hot and Sour Soup which paired really well with the Bok Choi. For our main we shared the Shanghai Noodle and Mandarin Red Chili Chicken with Shrimp Fried Rice. Absolutely great flavors and large portions! We were so stuffed that we didn’t want any dessert, but because it was our first time – Julio brought us EACH our own Raspberry Cheese Cake which was absolutely divine. I cannot recommend this place enough, not too pricy, amazing atmosphere, great food and outstanding service. We will definitely be returning!

The food was great. The pecking duck was especially delicious, it literally melted in your mouth. Best duck EVER! Camilo and Anderson were our servers and they were very attentive and friendly and polite. What a great staff and ambiance. Duck, was fantastic, dumplings were good, all the sauces and deserts were great, too.

I dined in at this location with a cousin for her birthday and the experience was incredible. We were greeted by the managers who took really good care of our group of 5. I won’t say all the nice things they did for us because I just won’t… lol but the Chef also came by our table to ensure the quality of the food was superb, and was. Our server Sheena was great. She made sure we had everything we needed, she was kind and accommodating. With my server background I really liked her service! Because I be judging coming from the world’s best server!!! I’ll just say the vibes were vibing, I can’t wait to return to have DC’s finest Chinese!!!

If you’re looking for great food, amazing drinks and exceptional service this is the place. My guest and I had the best experience. The hospitality from the entire staff was fantastic. The server Sebastian was attentive through out the entire dinner. Making great recommendations. We ordered multiple plates for the table and everything was delicious. The sea bass melts in your mouth, both the house mignon and the mignon and green beans were cooked to perfection and so tender. We got the table side peking duck and it was so yummy highly recommend. The lychee martini was a fan favorite and the best I’ve had in the city. The management team took the time to check in on our table multiples times. Sadi and George lead an amazing team.

I had an amazing time last night at Philippe Chow DC celebrating one of my girlfriend’s birthdays. The vibe was great, the food was delicious, and the service really stood out. Our server Sebastian was awesome, super attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. George ,the manager, also checked in on us and truly went above and beyond.
One of our dishes came out late, but Sebastian and George handled it right away and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. It didn’t take away from the experience at all.
Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
