Went to LJS tonight for dinner and it was one of the most galling experiences of my life. We’ll set aside a 10-12 minute wait AFTER I was parked. No the real gem was eating my triple chocolate cheesecake and my fork snagging on the fourth or fifth bite. Why? Because a LARGE hair was inside of my cheesecake. One of the most disgusting restaurant experiences of my life. So gross.
They gave me a free dinner card and I will never use it as I won’t EVER return to that location.

This place has really stepped up their game with the manager they have now. They must keep her she is absolutely awesome. Every time I have ordered the last three times I have gotten fresh food and everything is exceptional. The green beans are to die for. I’m going to start eating here more often since they finally got their stuff together and everyone else should try it too. Love this new manager I don’t know if she’s new or not but she’s amazing

The customer service was subpar. The fries were overcooked. I ordered my food and it took 25 minutes to be ready. Not only that. but they didn’t even take the time to separate fish grease from everything else, so when you bite into the chicken, it tastes like fish, which is probably a health code violation. The building is run down and outdated. I will never go back to long John silver’s ever in my life. This experience has ruined the restaurant that I loved since I was a kid.

Wifey had a fish dinner which was great. I had a burger. Great having A&W as well. We’ll be back for sure.

Well on a bright note the food was good. It took 28 minutes to get my food 3 piece dinner with some water. The woman at the counter was more than happy to tell everyone after they pay that they were shorthanded and their food was gonna take a while. I watched her as she had customers in line and decided it was time for a 5 minute bathroom break so she just left everybody standing there waiting. This is why we don’t come here very often anymore.

The young people working today we so professional! The food quality was spot on, hot and fresh and quick. The order taker was so very pleasant and kind. The customer service is amazing i was greeted with à smile by Sharee. The service was fast and food was hot. Every time i went to counter other employés like Dianna was super nice and friendly. This was à wonderful experience. Even the cook Allié was super friendly came out the back to give me hot fresh food. I even meant the (GM) name Kimberly and informed her about how good it felt to get good customer service because most restaurant have lost that. I definitely will eat here again. Food and service, as outstanding.

Way overcooked and all I tasted was old grease… update after 6 months… it was a 2 star originally. Now 4 star because the presentation was nice…fish, chicken & shrimp platter with fries, coleslaw & hush puppies were better than before. Didn’t taste old grease this time.
