Placing a custom order was super simple. When I called the storefront the lady gave me contact details for custom order line and when I called that number, the representative was very informative and quickly processed my order. I had a large shipment ready to go in 24-48 hours! When I went to pick up the donuts they were perfectly packaged and the gentleman even took them to my car! I ended up needing 5 more dozens and they quickly packaged those up for me with a positive attitude. The cashier took my order and quickly helped other customers making sure they didn’t have to wait long either. I’ll definitely use their services again and not to mention, the donuts are a HUGE and a HUGE hit in the community! We ended up using them as part of our marketing and everyone loved the presentation, the donuts are fancy looking and so adorable. We will definitely use them again!

I’ve been there several times and I love the donuts; they’re delicious and the prices are affordable. Don’t forget to order a nice coffee or cappuccino on these cold days. It’s a great place to visit with your family or friends, The ladies who work there are super friendly, I love them, they are very nice to the customers

Hurts Donut is an absolute must stop for breakfast anytime we’re in the area. The donuts are always fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are easy on the wallet. They have a unique selection of donuts (ranging from standard classics to “am I seeing that right?”). My standard go to is the maple bacon (yes, real bacon) longjohn, but the rest of their selection is pretty solid as well. Their unique creations are truly a delight. Side note, if you love churros, you absolutely need to grab a Jesús. We have never had to wait more than a few moments to be able to order our confections.

The dining area is immaculately clean and spacious. I can’t rave enough about how warm and welcoming the staff are either. Be aware that they don’t have a traditional street front door and you’ll need to walk into a shared corridor to go inside. It’s not difficult to find. There is plenty of parking available in the area, though we always choose to walk since it is just down the road from multiple hotels.

Easy to spot, easy to find parking, not crowded, warm and spacious, and such a wide variety of donuts!
Not often do I come across a donut shop with a good variety of donuts and with most of the options being as good as I would expect them to be. I put much effort into finding good spots that provide delicious baked goods. More often I end up disappointed, with just a few options that are worth mentioning. So many people believe they can open up a donut shop or cookie store and that’s enough. Baking is not as easy as one would think when you are dealing with a wide range of taste buds. Mom and pop shops seem to recognize this better than the larger chains.
I already like how bright and colorful the place is. The rule board is funny, and I got this amazing display of over a dozen donut options. Probably more than twenty. The staff is doing their job. They are quick and efficient, polite, and keep the place clean and organized.
I got cookie, blueberry, coconut, and a few others. Every single one was delicious. I am very happy with my choices. When visiting Arkansas again, specifically Little Rock, I will be stopping here for my sugar fix.

It was ok. . . Had the Bart Simpson and a Bavarian Cream donut, they were ok. Everything looked delicious, but perhaps if it was fresh, it would have been better. We went around 7 pm. Also, the young lady was working alone, so it took a while for her to get to our order because she was working on specialty orders for a family that was ahead of us. Please get that young lady some help. She was pleasant.

Tried this place during a visit to Little Rock. Although they have the classic flavors like glazed and blueberry, I would describe most of these as dessert pastries and not breakfast pastries because they are a step away from being cake. They have a lot of different flavors and some other baked goods like cinnamon rolls (huge) and cookies too. While the donuts and other treats I got were good, I’ll be honest and say I have had better at other donut shops or bakeries. It would be a good place to take kids, as I would see them loving the place.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier but the bottom line is you get donuts the size of car wheels. My sweet roll is literally the size of two loaves of bread. I took videos. I’m going to send the video and also the photograph of the place. If you are here in Little Rock, you have to try this place. It is well worth the money that you’re paying for one donut it’s worth more than a dozen donuts from any other donut shop I’ve ever had in the country

We travel all over the midwest, from Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri….with a team and we always stop to get them donuts. A group favorite is Wanna Hurts Donut, it’s never a fail, until this time. These were really stale, such a disappointment. These are not the most expensive donuts we have bought but for the cost of them, they should be fresh, period! These were like day old markdowns at Wal-Mart. This location is the embarrassment of the chain. I have had fresher donuts from a grocery store bakery at a third the cost. Make no mistake the price is not the issue, the quality is. I think I know what might be the issue. Location, location location. Hard to find parking and and as a result maybe not much customer traffic through the store. We have been at other locations at 3am and there is a line and plenty of folks eating in at the tables. This location was empty at 8pm on a Friday. Avoid this location, give your money to someone that seriously wants to earn your business.

This was my 1st visit to a Hurt’s Donut ever. Definitely won’t be my last. The temptation was real, and so were the awesome choices, lol. I couldn’t decide which doughnut I wanted to try more. So w/ that said, I only purchased 2. But definitely wanted to get nearly one of everything. But unfortunately, this is a very short layover this time around. Can’t wait for my next visit, hopefully soon, with a longer layover and possibly a loss day. That would be ideal.

They are open 24hrs so we got there at around midnight and the guy behind the counter buzzes you in. They have an awesome selection of donuts, especially if you are into the more exotic and creative choices. Even though I prefer a more simple donut, there was still a decent selection. I got a Maple Long John and a strawberry cake donut and it was around $4.50, which I think is a bit on the pricey side. All in all, a good experience and I do recommend this business.
