My wife and I had a lunch date at Kagura. The service was very good and prompt. The food was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff was helpful explaining the different dishes. One of my favorites was the pork katsu (picture). We will be coming back for sure!

it was overall… okay. their prices have gone up significantly in the last 5 years (inflation ugh). the service was great, atmosphere was warm, inviting, and everything you’d want from a sushi restaurant. however, i went for lunch (wednesday afternoon, it was very slow, only two other tables being served) and you can only get about 1/2 the menu as most of the menu was dinner only. so no kani salad or sashimi was being served around the time i went, also some chefs specials rolls i wanted to try weren’t available. they were dinner only. if you’re familiar with sushi king, kagura portions are about 1/2 the size of sushi king’s rolls. i personally enjoy that. the food itself tasted alright, but i’m still open to trying new places around the area. but again; they do have great service.

Excellent lunch! Beautiful atmosphere and prompt, friendly servers. Would definitely come again. UPDATE: we went there recently and missed the lunch. Was surprised the rest of the menu was very expensive and not what we were looking for. It seems most people order the all you can eat option, very popular and likely a good value. But we don’t eat enough for it to be of value to us. We will stick with the lunch time!

We visited Kagura on Valentine’s Day for lunch and it was absolutely amazing! My mother was visiting and she couldn’t get enough of almost everything. I really loved how they serve small portions so that you can taste a little bit of everything. Absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back… and so will my mom! Thank you for our wonderful server, Coya. She explained what each dish was and was extremely patient with my kids. 100% a great experience!

The all-you-can-eat dinner menu was phenomenal! From the more complicated rolls down to the simple sushi pieces, every bite was a flavor experience I would go on time and time again! Would really recommend the whitetail sushi and the sea dragon roll for those who prefer subtler bites, and the spicy girl was a fun complex bite (my tablemates described it as a spicy tuna roll but more, which was hilariously accurate). The service was prompt, polite, and warm from entry to exit. The atmosphere was pleasant, not loud at all, and with fountains to mask unpleasant table noises. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! Absolutely worth going to!

The best salmon roll (with avocado) I’ve ever had by far. All you can eat and compact portions let’s us try a lot of variety and everything we tried was excellent. Staff super sweet and helpful. Will do again.

The environment is the clear weakness here. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and the toilets are not entirely functional. A well executed opening checklist and monthly maintenance checklist would catch such issues.
