The food was delicious with great deals. The staff are nice but lack attentiveness. I noticed a patron harassing another with no intervention and the staff people constantly waiting to pay with little organization from staff. The food was delicious so I’ll definitely go back.

I loved it here! We went to the one in Salisbury first and nobody seated us for 10 minutes so we came here and it was great. They messed up my girlfriends order but they took it off the receipt, and were super super kind. They were honestly amazing. I wish I remembered our waitresses name, she made the entire trip. If you are reading this, you are awesome girl!! Yeah awesome wings, awesome food, and it was my first time eating here. I loved it.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Valentine’s Day night and had a disappointing experience. I originally placed a to-go order, but when I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, so I asked if we could eat inside. The manager was kind enough to seat us at a table, which I appreciated.
Our waitress brought our food and gave us water, but after that, she never returned to check on us. We weren’t given any napkins, and no one came back to ask if we needed refills. I wasn’t even able to order a drink or additional food. She walked past our table several times as if she didn’t see us. Since it was a holiday, I actually planned on leaving her a generous tip, but the lack of service made that difficult.
Eventually, I had to ask a different waitress to bring us to-go boxes because ours never came back. I loved BWW, I keep up with my reward points, etc but this experience really makes me not want to ever return.

My family and I arrived at the restaurant today for a meal. As we entered, some staff members walking past glanced at us but did not acknowledge us or say a word. After waiting for about thirty minutes, we were finally seated, but no one came to take our drink orders. I hate to think it was due to our race, and I’d like to believe it was because of the restaurant being overwhelmed with customers, but that would be a lie. The restaurant was actually quite empty and far from busy. Thank you, and I suppose I should say enjoy your day, but honestly, that would also be a lie.

Buffalo Wild Wings was a mixed experience for us. We ordered the tenders with Asian Zing sauce, and I have to say, the sauce was really good, but it was super spicy! If you love a kick, you’ll enjoy it. We also tried the chicken sandwich, which was pretty mediocre—nothing special, honestly. For appetizers, we had the chips and queso. It was good, but the queso tasted a bit like jarred queso, which was a bit disappointing. But I guess I wasn’t expecting much from a wing place. Overall, a decent outing, but some items could definitely use improvement!

Went here about 30 minutes ago. Got home and realized my fries were missing. I called the store and informed them what I was missing & was told “I don’t know, I guess bring your receipt and tell the lady in the front.” I explained I live 30 minutes away and wasn’t driving back just for fries after spending over $30.
I asked to speak with a manager to make sure it would be handled when I came back, and was told all managers were unavailable. I then asked for his name and was told he didn’t have to give it to me, which means there’s no record that I even called & spoke with anyone..
Horrible customer service. If you’re not going to give customers what they paid for, at least train employees on the proper protocol for missing items instead of guessing. With food prices being so high, this is unacceptable. Definitely check your order before leaving.

This restaurant is my favorite out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. The food has never disappointed, and the customer service has never disappointed either. I always leave satisfied, knowing I ate a good meal and received great customer service. Overall, it’s always a great experience.

First off, Martha was our AMAZING waitress! She was nothing short of perfection.
Second, the food…. Apparently this location is a test kitchen and they passed with flying colors. My lemon pepper dry rub boneless tenders were a 10/10. The only part that was less than was the blue cheese dip but I think it might have been ranch? I like my blue cheese STANKY so that was a letdown. But the rest was fab. Can’t wait to go again!

Food was incredibly overcooked, my burger was dry and crunchy, my friends boneless wings were hard as a rock and fries were stale and cold. Staff was friendly and decently attentive for how busy they were, but sweet tea was incredibly sweet at the bottom of the glass, but unsweetened after a few sips.
