For the amount spent at this location the service was not great. The cashier however was friendly, kind and helpful but the lady frying and packaging the fries was horrible. They need to put someone who has customer service there. Too bad I forgot her name….wasn’t a common name. :/

One of my favorite New Mexico style green chili cheese burgers. I haven’t been to Blakes in a while but the quality seems to have gotten even better than I remembered and the green chili flavor is . This particular location was clean and the service was great.

This is just sad. When I order the tenders boat it a good amount that you get your money worth. It seems like they are just going downhill. I order the tenders boat today and well the tenders look like wings and there hardly any fries it not worth it anymore. Time to find a new tenders spot.

Went thru drive thru. Was told to dr8ve in an empty parking spot, the food will be brought out, I waited 20 mins. Finally received my food, it was cold, I had to get out amd asked to get hot food. I stood and waited outside for 5 mins. Got my food again, and it was still cold. I was on the road for 2 1/2 hrs and I was hungry. Burger isnt what it used to be, plus it was cold and the fries. The service was awful, no apologizes what so ever from the drive thru person. She seriously needs customer service skills. I suggest do not eat here. I’d give it minus 100 stars.

I stop by pretty often for burritos. They’re always a good size and the free Wednesday coffees have been great. I haven’t had a bad experience with any employees.
However, you could work on the cheese in the burritos. It’s still usually cold when I take a bite and more chile would be appreciated.

I went through the drive through one afternoon and had to wait awhile just for one New Mexico style burger. I think they forgot about me possibly but I eventually did get the burger I ordered. Sometimes there is bad service like this with this location but the food does always taste good.

Stopped at Blake’s again for a lota combo bacon, green chili and cheese with season fries mmmmmm ……………….. UPDATE: 08/02/2021 made a call in order at 11:50 to pick up in store. Ordered a lota combo with double meat, green chili and bacon. Got a “Its A Combo” double meat and green chili NO BACON and to make matters worst it took them 50mins to get my order called in at 11:50 did not get my order tell 12:40. FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW IT WENT TO 5⭐ TO 1⭐ SORRY BLAKE’S LET GET IT BACK TO 5⭐

Usually I get my breakfast here, and I call ahead so my breakfast burrito is ready for pick up… today was lunch, I chose lota over McDonald’s today, there was a little regret after…I decided to try the new drive thru window, which took 30-45 mins with 6 cars ahead of me, I ordered the lota combo, with double patties, mayo and cheese and seasoned fries… welp, today, the fries were the only that seemed fresh and hot, but patties in the burger were a little dry(not juicy, like usual), still ok nonetheless… I’ll still come back, today, they were just a little off with the burger
