The food was good and they put fresh out while we was there. The place was pretty much empty. 7 of us and couple other adults, 1 other kid, that’s it. We had the arcade to our selves but that was a good and bad thing. Considering we were the only ones there it would seem the place would be spotless right? Not at all. Candy wrappers in the floor, bubble gum on the benches and floor. I was rather worried about how often the machines are wiped down or cleaned at all.
There’s a big sign that says everyone must purchase a buffet and drink to enter, which really sucks cause some people may just want a salad not pizza. And for a drink maybe water. Not everyone in my group wanted pizza. We all went to take chairs down from a table, had carried a high chair from the other side only to be told as we came back with our food that dining area was closed. We apologize and said we didn’t know, she snapped off with ” well do you see anyone sitting over here?” Of course I came back with, ” why wouldn’t you say something when we took the chairs off the table”? Oh I didn’t see you. I’m far from a small guy and my daughter isn’t small either plus we had 5 kids with us, and a high chair? Lime I stated, food was good.

We had never been here before, so I checked out Google Reviews first. I always ignore reviewers with less than ten reviews because they are sometimes employees trying to boost the overall rating, or someone who probably only gripes. As for our visit, it was very clean, employees extremely nice, buffet stocked well the entire time, and the gentleman bussing tables was on top of things and clearly a hard worker. We had a good time. Senior citizen discount was a nice touch for those bringing in grandkids. Overall a good experience. Whoever the person was who reviewed you and said game room was small, well, not sure where he was coming from because we thought it was fine. The only issue we had was the claw game that grabs candy needed attention. Other than that, it was fine. Kudos to the staff!

I used to bring my kids to this location a lot years ago. The food was fresh back then. & it was a great environment. We don’t live in the area anymore so I haven’t been in 4/5years.

We returned a week ago, The Manger was rude at the register upon arriving. Went for the arcade for my son’s bday. We left the trampoline park to finish the night at this establishment expecting to enjoy ourselves. Half the kids already ate & some wanted the buffet. Manager was not willing to work out anything & made me pay buffet pricing for every person even if they didn’t utilize it. I also had to pay separately for game cards outside of that. I even offered to pay the entry for game cards instead she declined. Willing to upset my children & give off negative energy as if she was bothered by us (rolling her eyes) I still paid just to please my son for his birthday. The buffet only had three pizza options, cheese bread and a salad bar that looked old. I was livid. Half the games in the arcade was broken. And lastly the environment was disgustingly filthy. Roaches crawling on the tables by the wall, my kids lost their appetite immediately. The bathroom smelled really bad & it was no toilet paper in the stalls.

I wont return to this location!

We all remember Mr. Gatti’s from when we were young. If we’re from Louisville, I know. This one is one of the only locations I know in Louisville that’s still open. The staff there is very helpful and they speak English and Spanish! If you’re a grown up, you find it less magical than you did when you were a child. The pizza is decent

I have never even been to the restaurant, but I have been called multiple times over the span of a week trying to get a hold of someone to talk about booking my daughter’s birthday party there. But it has been crickets everytime I call. There is no clear way to book online, no price outline, or package options. I would like to be able to talk to someone about those options and pricing but it doesn’t seem like they want the buisness.

We came here expecting to eat pizza and pasta.. they have a lady there that cooks home cooked food and it’s was DELICIOUS!! We ate chili, Spanish rice, vegetable soup, beans w/ ham, cabbage and ham hock .forget the pizza .. idk what her name is but she’s an amazing cook and deserves a raise at least and a pat on the back!!

The buffet was decent. It seems that the day we came in, they couldn’t keep up with the demand of how many customers they had. What bothered me, was that over 50% of the games were inoperable. The kids save up their tickets to get prizes, but their prize area was really depleted.
